Getting off the plane he was in extreme pain because of the added pressure on top of having an infection, and couldn't hear in one ear. We didn't know what to do, but knew we had to address it or he would be distracted with pain during his orientation. This practice got us in the same day, just two hours after we called. We saw Dr. Jose Ting, who is one of the best physicians we have ever come across quite frankly. Professional, clear, concise, excellent communication and "bed-side manner". Clearly highly trained. He gave my son what was needed to heal over the next days, and he started feeling better very quickly. We did have a follow up a few days later with Dr. McMahon as well who was good. But our experience with Dr. Ting really had us impressed. Overall we recommend this practice, and are so grateful our college son got the help he needed so he could participate in his college orientation experience well.

A&M gear is common here since this is smack dab in the middle of Aggie land so I'll sometimes grab an Aggie piece of clothing or artifact for my Houston friends who are A&M alumni. An observation of mine is how clean and organized this Costco is. Not to mention the customer service is one of the better ones as it's mainly college students and Aggie graduates who are employed here. And it's not packed to the gills with people so I can shop with space and peace. Although that's probably due to coming here on late afternoon weekdays. In comparison to the ones in Houston, this one is run much better with more civilized patrons. Way to go College Station Costco!

I was in tears as we don't have that kind of money and my hearing loss is severe. The only "savings" she offered me was a pair of refurbished hearing aids that wouldn't offer a warranty for $1000 less. Fortunately my insurance is through Amplifon and I called them. It turns out the hearing aids she recommended weren't even covered and she never showed me, or mentioned, the hearing aids that insurance did cover which would cost me around $400 out of pocket. This angered the Amplifon rep who stated they are opening an investigation. Do not be scammed into buying expensive hearing aids by this company! I can't even imagine how many people have been taken advantage of!

Dr. Cahill took the time to explain all of my questions over numerous appointments until all of my concerns were addressed and I felt like I had the best possible hearing solution I could find. I can't finish this review without giving additional kudos to the staff of the Family Hearing Center. They are efficient, pleasant, knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with. Changing appointments was not a problem, cranky moods (mine) were dealt with nicely, and I always felt like I was a number #1 priority. Why? I'm not sure, but there you go. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process, especially because I had put it off and dreaded it for so long. I can hear again.
