However, when trying to set an appointment, I was told they did not have one. Being lied to and given the turnaround does not feel good. I've had bad experiences both at this location and the Wurzbach one. So I highly recommend not using this company.

Everything was explained to my understanding of why something was happening and gave me reasoning to the prices and the benefits of the product. As for the hearing protection themselves, they have been working great. I work around fighter jets and the noise the produce requires double ear protection. the custom inserts fill that role and are more comfortable than anything else when I have my ear muffs on as well. They also go in and out of my ear with ease and are strong enough to block the noise for equipment that simulates some aspects of the jet engine which is plenty loud enough. I haven't tried them while shooting but I'm guessing they will do fine.

They knew from the time they did the hearing test the thousands of dollar she was spending for their recommended inner canal hearing aids would not ever be loud enough for her to hear well. She had so much trouble with the inner ear type. When i took my mom to her ENT he advised her the inner canal hearing aids can not be programmed to be loud enough for her hearing loss. Her ENT recommend over the ear type.

They didn't realize it because they didn't try to program till the day of appt. We made a second appt on a Saturday with a time that was good for them only for the audiologist NOT to show up at all. The assistant was there on time, but she wasn't able to help us without the audiologist, Joseph Raney. I can't tell you how disappointing this is. We ultimately got a full refund since we were going to have to have an additional 4 appts. and the first two went horribly wrong. They boast that they have the best customer service in the industry .... I hate to see what the others are like! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that truly wants to hear ... it's just one let down after another.

Referred by my PCP, I waited for over 45 minutes while they front desk staff checked my insurance…read more Then I was asked to pay over $1600 before even seeing the doctor! The reasoning was that my insurance deductible had not been met which is understandable, but asking a patient to pay for the visit upfront without even having the visit is unacceptable. Offering to split it up into two payments with the first payment due before I see the doctor is still unacceptable. This doesn't take into consideration any other office visits by New or my spouse that could affect the deductible, or code changes in claim that could affect billing. It would have been more helpful if I had been asked for my insurance information when the office called to schedule my appointment so that I didn't have to take the time off work and sit in the waiting room only to leave frustrated. The sad part is that I really need to see an allergist. I was actually looking forward to this visit to finally get some relief. How silly of me.

Dr Browning is great with kids, knew what our babies strange birthmark was after one look, have us materials on how to deal with it, and when it became unmanageable - surgically removed it. As a surgeon - he was quick and thorough, and baby is healing very well. He explained the 3 types of sutures he used for different purposes. Aftercare has been very easy. He also seems knowledgeable about minimizing the scar.
