Went in with high hopes and left very satisfied. Price was as promised, tint came out looking very professional, and was done in a very timely manner. Customer service was also excellent. The guy who runs the shop is very friendly and hard working. I was lucky enough to watch some of my tint be done, I noticed he wasn't happy with how my back window was coming out and took the time to reprint and complete it perfectly. Amazing attention to detail. I was also reminded before leaving that I do have a lifetime warranty and told to come back if I'm ever dissatisfied. I had no other work done today other than my tints, but if in the future I wanted audio work I would definitely return here after my experience. I was very happy with the window tinting/audio system installed to my car. I went online and read all the excellent reviews which is what brought me in to begin with. At first I was skeptical because the tint job on the car before was awful and thought it was beyond repair. The technician who worked on my vehicle, Fredy, reassured me he could get the job done and also told me it would be under warranty. I drive a 2003 BMW 325ci and I also been wanting to change out the factory audio system so I can charge my phone since I haven't been able to do it and listen to my own music. Listening to the radio and CDs are so outdated nowadays. So with all that being said, Fredy not only installed a new system with USB and an auxiliary plug, he even installed Bluetooth in my car, too!!! Now I can drive and talk on the phone hands-free, charge my phone, and listen to all my music on my phone - I was not able to do that before! Fredy was very clean, thorough, friendly professional and honest. The price was extremely fair and the work was excellent. The tints came out amazing and more than satisfied with my new audio system too! As you can tell, I am a very happy customer :) I will be returning for some new audio speakers very soon! They damage one off the speakers installing and then just stopped answering my calls so I went and purchased new speaker and tried to return the speakers where I bought them to find out that they staggered the speakers during the install and now have to pay someone else to take apart the doors to figure outward matched and install right speakers and pull out the other one that matches the bad speaker read more

When we came in for a power inverter installation we expected a professional job to be done but after it was installed the person who installed it shorted out the truck and cause more issues to come about and the power inverter was not properly installed. When we called about these issues to be fixed, the person we spoke was very unprofessional and would not give us his name. We asked for correct installation or a refund because we paid for a service that was not done and he said he would not go through with it. Do not use this company. Terrible service. read more

Giovanni hooked us up when i needed a rearview camera installed in my son's truck. He got it done in less than two hours on a Saturday even. I bought the camera at Best Buy but i never had a good feeling about them installing it, not to mention the wanted about 30% more. I'd much rather patronize a small business in my neighborhood. Do NOT get your car windows tinted here. Inexperienced installers and crappy work Paid $215.00 for what "they" refer to as "high performance" tint. Here I am a month later and the tint is bubbling on all 9 windows. Been back three times to get this resolved with no luck as of yet. The first two times I was told that I need to give it at least three weeks for the tint to adhere properly and that the air/water bubbles would evaporate. I was also told that they would try and fix the air bubbles and pealing on the back window, but there isn't much they can do because of the defogger/antenna. If they try and remove the tint on the back window it will damage the defogger/antenna. WTF! Are you kidding me? Third time back was told that their one experienced installer was out, and if I would like to schedule an appointment to get the warranty work done. WTF! I should not need warranty work in the first place. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place and take your business elsewhere. As of now I'm stuck with a 45 thousand dollar luxury automobile that has a crappy tint job on all 9 windows, and am pretty much fucked with the shit job on the back window. I may have no choice but to call up my credit card company and have the $215 charges reversed. I may also have to sue this tint shop to get reimbursed for any damages to the back window defogger/antenna/electronics when their shit tint is removed. read more

I came and got some 12s and speaker put in my impala. Never had problems with it worked well for over a year. They installed it quick. My girlfriend got an whole system put in her elantra as well. And I also referred my friend and he also got a system put in his m3 All three services were done very quickly and there prices are ver reasonable. read more

It seemed like a good idea at the time because the price was reasonable, until I had to go back 5 times and still deal with ground feedback when completed. I ended up taking it to another shop (A1 Car Stereo) and had everything corrected. They knew what the problem was right away and corrected it to include re-wiring the entire setup. They showed me pics of what this shop did and it wasn't pretty. After spending nearly $1k to get everything corrected and done properly I wish I would have went to the other place in the first place. If the job is too much for a shop it's easier to just admit that up front. Should have been a clue when they insisted my factory speakers were 6" when I had already verified they were 4" in the newer Jeeps so that's my fault. From the amp cutting out and only having a sub playing, to ground feedback, to not being able to setup the subwoofer/box combo, to needing to run 2 separate amps instead of one 5 channel, it was bad. I wish I would have had the other shop send me the pics of what this place did, was damn near a fire hazard. read more

Not very happy with my install. I dropped in on a Monday afternoon. One guy at front desk nothing else happening. He was very helpful in selling me a system and told me it would be an hour and a half to put it in with two guys working on it. I agreed to wait and went next door to Subway and when I came back he was gone and a different guy was performing my install solo. It took an extra hour. The guy doing the solo install was tripping and stepping all over my removed trim laying on the ground around my truck.The original sales guy never came back. In the end......... 1. I had grease on three different places of my new custom $1500 carpet kit. 2. There were three door sill screws driven so deep they went through the plastic therefore they no longer hold down the trim. 3. I had 5 missing or broken door panel clips in two doors of which I had to go purchase and bring back to him to replace. 4. My rear driver door hangs up when opening because the amp power cable forces the sill trim upward. I explained the issue and he just shrugged. I pulled it up and cleaned up cables and reassembled in 5 minutes to resolve issue. Sale was good. Install sucked. read more

Carlos was very friendly and they took my car right away. They did a perfect job. It took a little over an hour. $150 for a 3 series sedan plus tax. I'm happy. read more

I originally went to Tint World which was a couple bays over. Unfortunately they closed their Pompano Beach location so I figured I would give these guys a shot. After having them redo my tint job three times I'm convinced this shop has no idea what they're doing. They made a mess inside the car. There were water stains all over the seats and doors. They left shoe scuff marks all over the back of the seats. This was a brand new car! Their work is very sloppy! The tint has scratches EVERYWHERE! I bought the lifetime warranty but I'm tired of having to keep going back every weekend. I ended up spending extra money to have a reputable shop remove their tint and start all over. Stay away from this shop! read more
