Mario was highly recommended by so many people including the BMW dealership who couldn't fix my 2004 Z4 convertible stereo system. We looked into having a stereo system installed for my son's Jeep and Mario and his team really came through. We received really great value and Audio Interventions really exceeded our expectations. The new tough screen stereo was just the item my son needed and didn't know he wanted. The integration between car functions and the screen are first rate! This place is horrible. The owner Mario has Zero customer service skills. I simply went to the back to show the installer where to place my radar and Mr Mario comes out and starts to yell and very rudely tells me to back and sit in his office or outside. Furthermore he says it can take upto 2 hours for a simple hardwire for my radar. And they charge $175/hr +++. Just got this done in Naples for $100 in 30 mins. These guys are a scam. Never again. Don't waste your time. Mr Castro, go learn how some customer service skills. read more

What a great job Mario did on my Goldwing! I met with Mario and, at first, he said he did not feel he could provide a solution that would meet my expectations regardless of cost. I thanked him for his honesty and left. He then called me back several days later saying he did some research and felt he had plan and now could do the job. I returned with the bike and in only one week - maybe less! - he was finished. He kept the cost at the point we discussed, added blue tooth connectivity, and made the sound system sound like I hoped! I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of work and the expertise in recommending products that would do what I wanted done. They were polite, cordial, personable and timely. Worst installation I have ever paid for! Here's why: 1) these guys have been in business for 14 years but the kid who screwed up the installation couldn't have had more than a year or two experience. 2) the installer had no clue what crossover speakers were, how they work and how to properly install them. Even after contacting Crutchfield for detailed wiring instructions and guidance, they still messed it up. The tweeter receives most of the power and is completely overwhelmed, and the crossover woofer is almost nonexistent. The rear 3-ways can't be heard because the power distribution is completely wrong. 3) the radio doesn't recognize that there are speakers in the car (because they aren't installed correctly). You can't make any adjustments to any equalizer setting for this reason. 4) I went back twice to get it corrected and fixed but they were so out of their element, they wouldn't continue working on the car. Bad service, poorly trained installers and a "it's your problem" style customer service makes for a terrible business experience. I should have trusted my gut and waited for Best Buy to start installing again. read more

I read other great reviews about audio interventions before i visited the shop. I went to see if I could trade a old sound system in for a head unit. I knew absolutely nothing about this stuff so when i got there I spoke with Mario who is the owner of the company, he was awesome. Mario is in a wheelchair, if I'm not mistaken he was in a car accident the other driver had been drinking, yet he's still in the car business! That amazes me that his love for cars didn't retire. I came in there with hardly any knowledge a left feeling like a scholar between Mario and James the two explained that my speakers were way to big for my 2004 honda civic, they were more appropriate for truck size vehicle. Therefor I could not trade them in.. however Mario cut me a deal because he was getting a new model in of his head units. he sold me the display one for an impeccable discount price because he needed to display the new model there! His mother and cousin gave me and my friend a ride to the nearby outdoor shopping mall, we had lunch and went to one store. James picked us up in my car and on the way back to the shop he explained to me how to operate my new head unit!! What a neatly organized and enjoyable experience. Everyone was so helpful and interesting to talk to and I love this family feel Audio Interventions gives off.
