Bryant Radio beat the price by about 20 bucks and was local. I try to give our local retailers my business because of the economy in Martinsville. I delivered my car to the business and was not really asked any questions (the speakers were already decided on). I got a call a couple of hours later and said the car was ready to be picked up, the bill was slightly more due to a harness needed for the installation to an internal amp system that could have been bypassed ($15.00 additional) Still I was not upset with the additional charge if needed. I asked the gentleman how the system sounded if they heard it, they said no they hadn't listened. However, the tech said that the system would sound better bypassing the amp because the amp is designed for factory speakers not the aftermarket speakers that I was convinced to buy. (NO call was placed for the decision to bypass until after it was installed). Well, it sounded slightly better than the cassette player that originated in the 1997 Toyota Avalon. But, they offered to fix the problem at a later date, and bypass the internal amp system. FOR AN ADDITIONAL $80.00!!!!! Why should a person that has no knowledge of the inner workings of audio be expected to make informed decisions when all the information is left out. I would not recommend Bryant Radio to ANYONE that hasn't any knowledge of audio!!! Apparantly $272. + $15 additional was not enough to satisfy the greed.

November 21, 2021 I purchased touchscreen apple carplay for my 2017 infiniti QX60 suv, which required a $100 down payment that I paid on the day of purchase. The item was installed in my 2017 infiniti qx60 suv on February 21, 2022 which required me to pay $924 payment to complete the transaction on my credit card that same day. Prior and post service installation I was never given an invoice for the item I originally purchased nor was I presented any documentation for me to sign. The only thing I received was receipts that I paid for both transactions. Once I realized that the item was not touchscreen apple carplay I immediately contacted Nate the rep for Dino's Audio. I explained to him that this is not what I ordered and he responded by saying unfortunately it is not touchscreen and you will have to use the stereo knob to operate. I continue to explain my dissatisfactions and Nate just continues to suggest alternate options for me to utilize the item. Nate even suggested I go to amazon to purchase an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter to use. I told Nate that I want to return the item and had to continue to call several times in order for him to get this item returned, which is the reason why it took from February 2022 to May 2022 to get completed. Once the employees at Dinos Audio removed the item on May 4, 2022 Nate handed my keys and I had to ask him about my refund. This is when he said for the first time that they don't refund only store credits. Obviously this was not told to me before or during the entire process. This policy is not on the website nor presented to me anytime from November 21, 2021 through May 4, 2022. Now I went back to Dino's audio on May 6th, 2022 at 4pm to request all documents that I signed. Nate did not have any documents I signed and he only gave me an invoice which is the first time I received and says at the bottom "no refunds. only store credits''. At the end of all of this I was rewarded a full refund $1024 through my credit union.

I went in first to make an appointment to have my door speaker checked because I thought it was blown, the guy told me it wasn't it was just loose or the top needed to be shaved, I was charged $40 and they said that's all I'd have to pay for them to do the whole job, I even asked twice and they said so again. Today, we go, we get there early, the large bearded white man on the front counter just stands around doing nothing, doesn't tell them we're there, 4:30 rolls around and someone ELSE has already been served, finally we go and talk to them and ask what the deal is and they respond "we told them you weren't here, they've already left"!!! They finally take it back, barely have it in the back any time at all, bring it back and say "the speakers blown, you can buy two whole new ones and it'll be $70 on top of that price to put them in". It goes from $40 to several hundred! Then they tried to say it'd been blown since I was there last, but it hasn't been driven at all since there except to bring it back. It was very obvious that they didn't really do anything but take my door off because they closed in 15 minutes and didn't want to be there later, and then they didn't even put my door back on properly, we had to do it ourselves!! I will never give this place my business again, they're extremely unprofessional, they don't care about their customers, and they basically stole my money for nothing! I want my money back!!
