When I called later that afternoon, they said UPS might still be coming and tried to upsell me on a pricier Alpine set "since the door panels were already off." I declined. When I came back, they denied ever promising the install and just left my keys and deposit on the desk. I never got the service I paid for. Really disappointing experience--poor communication and no accountability.

Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!
