If Disneyland installed radios this would be the employee of the month every month. this mickey mouse cut corners installer butchered every aspect of the job and messed up my ride. 1. he used a cheap 15 dollar wiring kit and when i asked him if its copper he lied, cheapest RCA cables also possible and a 3 dollar in-line fuse with no reset and then left it dangling not even a zip tie and the cable was already pulling out with the weight of the fuse. 2. he used the cheapest in-line converter you could possibly buy (12.99) 3. he broke my speaker grill to hide the converter. 4. he mickey moused the remote wire into the fuse box even though the amp has an auto-turn on feature. 5. he connected the remote to an always on fuse SMH and then my fuse box wouldn't close which is super important for the seal. 6. he blew a fuse and replaced it with the WRONG fuse and didn't tell me until i caught it later on. 7. he drilled unnecessary holes and tried to cover them with tape. 8. he ran wires UNDER the vehicle, yes, you read that right he drilled a hole under the driver seat and ran unprotected POWER wires under the vehicle, anything cuts those wires and the whole vehicle could go up in flames. 9. he mounted the amp outside the vehicle where water can hit it. 10. on that same amp he stole the cover that seals it and when continuously asked him about it he said he would bring it by and never did probably about 7 times he had me waiting for him to come by and he would just lie and say he's on the way 11. he didn't even put the low pass filter on the amp so voice was coming out the sub. 12. left a spaghetti mess if cables in multiple places. 13. the van in the picture is not even his van he works out of a dark blue scion with little grey rims and blacked out windows 14. he did something and when i went to turn the vehicle on it wouldn't go into gear anymore and now i had a P1E49, TMC & VMC engine code, i told him it wasn't like that and i just bought it and it had ZERO issues, he panicked and went and undid whatever tweeker rig he did under the hood and then it started shifting into gear again with my check engine light now on I told him to stop working and i would finish it because i started to notice the junkie work he was doing, i still paid him because he was complaining about child support and he can't get a job and i don't know what but don't feel bad for this unprofessional bum going around and messing people's property up that they worked hard for, karma will get him and by the looks of his life situation it might have already. there was plenty of other things he did wrong i just can't remember them weeks later. he goes by Oscar Farias and is about 50 years old from rialto 951-236-3500 had to pay a real professional to redo and fix everything he did. read more

I contacted this business for a car stereo installation. The owners name is Oscar who gave me a price over the phone. We discussed the head unit and adapters that I had previously bought for the install and settled on a price. I would understand if the quote fluctuations were even 20% difference but we're more like 50% more! I Furthermore, don't be surprised if you call here and the answer is just "hello" with no greeting or confirmation that you've called a listed business. I was told that Bobby can come the next morning, then told the morning after that in which it had become 2 hours later. Not a big deal, I was still home, but limited communication was untimely delivered. To conclude, Bobby the installer came to my house for the install and I handed him the parts. He looked in my truck and said you have a JBL stereo and this will be too much work at the price discussed. He then quoted me a price which nearly doubled the quote and told me this is not a stereo for this type of vehicle and I said it is factory as discussed with owner of Audio pros? He also told me I lived too far and the aforementioned quote was too low. I did not argue and told him to have a nice day. Oscar has yet to call me for a follow up as I have reached out to him already. I was apprehensive in choosing this service because there was no reviews and this is why I chose to write this epic review. When I called Oscar was able to come to my house and install a pioneer stereo that I already had the same morning which I thought was great service. After he installed my stereo I had immediately regretted even calling him in the first first place. Paid Oscar $250 to install my stereo and my steering wheel controls don't even work correctly. My back up camera does not work now, and to top it off I had asked him to wire my stereo so my existing usb inputs still work but he did not do it and did whatever he wanted to do instead and wired my usb out of my glove compartment. I would've been fine with the work because he told me he was going to order parts to fix everything and call me back within the week to get everything sorted out but instead, nothing. Now I have to go pay another REAL stereo shop to fix what he could not get done. Do yourself a favor and just go to a regular stereo shop and pay a little more to get the job done one time. read more
