So I usually wait about a week or two before I leave a review when getting sound put in my car. I took my 2023 Toyota Camry to get beat and speakers replaced the stock was not doing it for me. They did not disappoint at all I'm loving it, it was worth the wait they played music so if you are waiting your not bored. Two little things I wish they would have updated me on when it will be done but then again I see why some drop their vehicle off, and I wish it had a lifetime warranty. Other than that I'm loving the sound and again was worth the wait. This will be my new place since were I took my previous cars just disappeared. I will be taking my son's truck next. So I went to this location because I was in serious need of help with security for my car... Jose was the one who helped me! I was originally going to go somewhere else and at the last minute I turned onto "E" St and went to this location and I am so very glad that I did. Normally I choose not to do things on my own because as a female I have found ppl try to up sale you on items you don't need. Well I have to say Jose did not try to up sale or get my to buy extra stuff, I was actually the one who ended up getting the product that was higher in price! They had exactly what I had been wanting for a long time for security, and I was able to pair it with a dash cam and get a deal (saved a bit of cash which is always awesome)!! My car is a fortress now thanks to Jose I have peace of mind! He was very professional the whole time. I have been dealing with a stalker/hacker for 4 years and now for the first time I feel that my car is safe! This is an amazing feeling! Jose was even able to get me in a day sooner for my appointment,. The appointment did take all day but it was worth it. If I'm in an accident, I have proof, someone messes with my car, I have proof!! The price was slightly high but I got an alarm that will alert me if anyone is tampering with my car and where exactly they are messing with my car then I have my dash cameras to jump on and view to see what is going on or just go directly to the car which ever I choose!! I am in control for the first time in 4 years (as far as my car)! I highly recommend this place! Late post but i got my door speakers upgraded a few years ago. The speakers were fine but my complaint is that the seat belts were not retracting like how they were when I brought the car to them. Even worse, I returned to have them fix it and they said they didn't know how. Would not recommend this place. read more

I took my truck in to get this viper alarm installed for this truck I purchase from This stereo city itself doesn't have a open and unlock basic stock alarm so I came here had the alarm done and installed worked for day one I parked the truck and used my car for work when I had my brother to move it he couldn't worst decision I made to be honest my truck wouldn't start all lights went crazy my 02 sensor goes out in the process they don't want to take any accountability yet the truck states 02 sensor only to be changed when electrical high mileage my truck is a 2022 36,000 miles the lights went crazy I had to take it back to the shop with a temporary fuse until they kept it for another day fixed it and boom sensor is out no one to blame it just happen I guess ? I informed them what my mechanic said and still they say it had nothing to do with them .. I'm good after 5 times I took it back I tried to keep my cool but that last straw now im out another 270$ due to this sensor so 770$ Total to install and alarm and caused me more issues I'm Good i just bring it up to Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else read more

I had them install a full JL Audio system in 2018 and bought a set a wheels. One of the amplifiers eventually gave out in 2024. Went back and purchased a replacement in March but the amplifier went out after 5 months of use. Called to ask about a warranty but was told it was only warranted for 3 months. Flo gave me a low, middle and high price range of options. I went with middle priced. I purchased a wireless touchscreen stereo, four door speakers and two 10" subwoofers. I also had my front and rear dash cams hard wired. The installation was perfectly done and better than I'd hoped for. Three months ago I had Stereo City install A T style links well system in me 2014 Toyota Tacoma truck. Ever since then I have had the truck back to them several time because the AC that's now integrated in to my radio barely blew any air, each time they would check it out and tell my representative, because I was always out of town that it was not there issue, so now I heading down to deal with it myself, it worked before you installed the radio, again they checked the system and found nothing wrong with their install and even reinstalled the old AC controller to confirm. So I took the truck to the dealer and found the cabin air filter was clogged and for $23 my AC now worked like a charm. Even though Stereo City wasn't responsible for my issue they still listed and looked into the issue. Well done and thank you for great customer Service. read more

BEWARE!!! They wii screw you, just like they did to me. Before signing the invoice be sure that you have canvassed the right price, if they made an over price and you sign you cannot return the item even if you did not open yet the box, you are already screwed. They will not return the harness wires that was not used even the harness wire from the one that they pulled out. You can not see what they are doing to your car not like in other shops that you can see through the glass. I have a satellite radio before installation now gone. It took them almost 6 hours installing and there are two who installed the stereo i bought from them and I'm not satisfied how they set it up, i think the two installers are rooky. This place does shoddy work. I took my Del Sol in to have a deck, amp, 4 speakers and a USB hub installed. I waited inside for hours until closing time, When i got the car it was parked out front and they were kicking everyone out. They didnt even install the USB hub as paid for and now my amp cuts in and out (not clipping) Just poor wiring. I dont think they hooked up the antenna because channels that should be strong are hard to receive. Dont waste your time. read more

Very bad service! When I took my truck they told me the job was going to take three hours. However, they didn't touch my truck for around two hours. When they finally brought it into the shop the just left it there without anyone working on it. Considering this, it was already time to close the shop and they had still not touched my truck. After pointing out that I had been waiting for almost 7 hours they rushed and they did a poor job. To sum up everything else because there is not enough space to explain it, I had to go back around three more times just to have something done right. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
