Joel was great from beginning to end. He took the time to go over the different 3M Crystalline Black options with me, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the right combination for what I wanted: maximum heat rejection while still keeping the tint classy and relatively subtle. We ended up doing 3M Crystalline Black 70% on the windshield and 50% on the rest of the truck, including the panoramic sunroof, and the results came out excellent. The installation is extremely clean, the truck looks fantastic, and the difference in solar heat coming through all that glass is immediately noticeable. I also really appreciated that Joel recognized me as a returning customer and took care of me on the pricing. That kind of customer service is exactly why people come back. Everything was properly documented with the 3M warranty information, and I was also impressed that they document the installation through CARFAX. Joel was also very helpful discussing 3M paint protection film for the truck and explained the coverage, warranty, and how he takes care of his customers even down the road if a section of PPF ever gets damaged and needs replacement. It's becoming harder to find businesses where you feel like they actually value repeat customers, stand behind their work, and take the time to explain what you're paying for. All Shade has earned my business twice now, six years apart, and I'll definitely continue coming back. Love these guys. I've been too so many audio shops for my previous cars and these are the guys I will now forever be loyal to. They have the best equipment, amazing prices, great customer service, and by far the cleanest wiring jobs I have ever seen. They are artists and know how to get the job done right. I keep coming back to upgrade my equipment and have been happy to give them my money. They are extremely nice and respectful. I've gotten my doubled in, 2 channel Hiphonics mono block Brutus amp, all four speakers, my subs with a dual ported box, and my interior led lighting from them next up I'm going to upgrade my 4 channel, black out my tail lights, and add exterior led lighting. I have gone to many stereo shops over the years but the guys at Dr. Soundz are the best ones I have found and I have been a loyal customer ever since. The guys at this shop are honest, patient, considerate, friendly and they give awesome customer service. I have had them install multiple car stereos, back-up cameras, an HD DVD entertainment system, Sirius radio antennas and other stuff and I always get a fair price, good quality workmanship and they always finish the work earlier than expected. I was introduced to Dr Soundz by my GF who saw an ad placed in a community selling app (offer up), promoting their business and since I was looking for an alarm for my car i decided to go ahead and check it out. Not to mention, that the ad had a special going for car alarms / installations. But that wasn't it, I spoke with the friendly staff and they each helped me in other aspects such as sound systems. These Guys are awesome. I originally called about an alarm but I had some interest in speakers and an amp. Finally went in today and these guys couldn't be more helpful. They gave us a great deal compared to others. There estimate time of installation was 3 hours and they finished just under 3 hours. They even did a good trigger for the alarm as well as a video bypass for our double din. When we picked up our vehicle they showed how everything was what they did and the work was perfect. My partner and I just got a new car and needed an alarm system installed. I called around about 7 other shops and this shop quoted me the least amount of $. Enrique is awesome!! I didn't feel ripped off at all and he even walked me out to my car to explain how the alarm system worked. I feel like my car is so much more safe. I was quoted $199 for a Viper 2 way alarm while everywhere else wanted $300+! Very pleased with my new alarm and especially the service I got. Super Happy I found this place. Went in to inquire about sturdier car matts since I work at machine shop. Had to buy new matts for my other car twice and pocked out about 100 each time in about 18 months. Since I got a new car I decided to go with weather tech matts. These are as good as the guy who sold em to me. Very rugged and very pleased to not have to worry about tearing or wearing them out in few months. Robert is a wizard at knowing what you want. After calling 5-10 all through out Moreno Valley and riverside they quote me double- triple the price as what I paid for at dr.soundz I had them install my sub amp double dim stereo and epicenter for the cheapest price I found and the fastest they told me it would take 2 hour and half they finish in less than 2 hours. Ok they did it again. i have a 2012 audi q5 that had a after market stereo installed and it stopped working. Since the harness was modified to fit the after market monitor the dealer said they would have to change the full dash harness total over 5 gees. These guys fixed it in a couple of hours. I came in to get window tint and interior cameras installed in my truck and car. I was originally…read morequoted $1,200 for both vehicles, and I was told the cameras were $600 each. However, when it was time to pay, the total suddenly jumped to $2,100, and the explanation I received was something about taxes, which didn't make sense based on the quote I was given. Because of that price jump, I decided to remove services and only move forward with tint on my truck and one camera instead of two. Based on the pricing that was explained to me, the total should have gone down significantly. Instead, I was still charged $1,500 for tint on one truck and one camera, which doesn't line up with the original quote or the pricing I was told. The issue here isn't the work itself it's the lack of transparency in pricing. Quotes should be clear and consistent so customers know exactly what they're agreeing to before work begins. At this point, I would really appreciate the business reviewing the invoice and providing clarification or adjusting the price to match what was originally quoted. He recommended an amp and subwoofer to get the sound I wanted but also mentioned that I might eventually want a new head unit and speakers. Since I wanted to keep my factory head unit for its remote start and tracking features, he didn't push me to change it--just gave his honest opinion and did exactly what I asked. The result was perfect. A couple of years later, I wanted some minor tuning adjustments. I stopped by to ask what I needed, and Mike not only handled the adjustments but also updated the amp's firmware. I expected to pay for the service, but he did it for free--just part of his commitment to great customer service. Now, five years later, my system still sounds great, but I'm having issues with the factory head unit. I asked Mike about a replacement I was considering, and instead of just agreeing, he asked what I really wanted. Within minutes, he showed me a better option--$600 cheaper than the one I was looking at. After researching it myself, I realized he was absolutely right, so I scheduled the upgrade with him. Mike is knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. If you need car audio work, this is the place to go--hands down.
