What followed was a complete breakdown in professionalism and execution: - The technician marked the job "complete" without ever showing up - My tenants took off work and waited all day - The technician arrived nearly 8 hours late - Unprofessional behavior occurred in front of a child - The installation was done incorrectly, causing a water leak and property damage Despite requesting a different technician, the same subcontractor was sent again. The situation got worse when a replacement dishwasher was scheduled without my request. During that visit, the technician dropped the new unit and installed a damaged dishwasher with a loud, faulty motor. At that point, I had to hire my own contractor out-of-pocket to remove, return, and replace the unit properly. This cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. The lack of oversight of subcontractors is a serious concern. If you purchase appliances from Best Buy, I strongly recommend confirming who will perform the installation. This experience fell far below expectations.

He had taken some time to even locate my laptop when we asked for it back. I should have been more aware when I came there, as the store is literally stuffed from front door to the back and ceiling with electronics, in disarray and barely any space to walk in there. I should have been told at drop off how backed up they were, that it would take a while to even get to my laptop from the start. Had I known that, I never would have left it there to begin with. They also refused to give my $40.00 deposit back. Im guessing they need it more than I do. I do not, recommend this business at all. After initially panicking, and then making a halfhearted attempt to find a potential replacement cord at a local goodwill, I decided to visit a proper computer shop. Providence computers just happened to be the closest to my location and so I decided to try it out on proximity alone. That being said, I was glad I did. This is a really small Shop run by a very professional owner, who probably greeted me and proceed to figure out what cord I actually needed. He actually had several Hewlett Packer computer cords which was helpful because I didn't bring the laptop with me. We were able to successfully identify a cord that worked for me and $35 later I was out and on my way. While they don't have a large selection of Apple or Mac products They do have a wide range of options in the windows family so if you're in the need for a computer or for service, definitely check this location out.

Project took about 3 weeks from order to completion. The team came out and did an estimate, measurements, and got their proposal back within a week. After the deposit and items were ordered it was fast - like two weeks and they were calling to schedule the installation time. The team that came out were great - and over two days they got everything done and managed to do it in the space without damaging anything inside the room - you'd never know this didn't come with the home. Really really happy. So far so good, everything works perfectly and the room has great sound and the large screen is amazing. They have a really nice show room on Laskin Rd where you can see their custom lighting, sample the sounds and screens, and look around.

The owner has it!…read more purchased 2 antique Radios which Bill refurbished...a Zenith from 1930's, and a Minerva from the 1940's. Most of the tubes and capacitators were replaced. Both AM radios also have Short wave bands! Bill has even offered to build in a blu tooth Jack so I have the ability to listen to Old time Radio shows clearly! I may take him up on that especially if the blu tooth Jack can be patched to my tablet and pick up Sirius Radio. Bill stands behind his work and his prices are very reasonable. Best find just North of Ghent in Norfolk!
