We agreed on 9am as a time to pick up the batteries. Worked a 12-hour shift in Los Angeles and then drove all the way to Covina and waited until 9am for him to open his doors. Surprise surprise he has only 1 battery on hand when he confirmed he had 2 the night before. Said his "guy" will deliver more batteries in an hour and a half. Does not say "sorry for the inconvenience" or submit to any sort of fault of his own for not double checking before making a potential customer drive that far for nothing especially after a long night shift. Stay far away from these clowns.

My bass knob stopped working properly, the bass sounded weak, and everything felt off. Another shop charged me $35, told me my amp channel was burnt out, blamed a small hole in my subwoofer, and immediately tried to sell me over $420 in new equipment without even checking or resetting my settings. I came to King of Sound for a second opinion, and within less than 15 minutes they figured out the battery replacement had simply reset my audio settings. They retuned everything, made sure the system sounded right, and now my setup works perfectly again -- honestly better than before.
