I informed him I'm not off work till 3pm and i work by Hawthorne that i wouldn't be there till around 5pm he said that's fine i arrive at 5:04 to find the shop closed drive over 2 hours wasted my time and my gas for absolutely nothing. I understand they close at 5 but why would you tell a customer you'd stay late and get it done then just close photo to show proof we spoke at 3:05 when i walked out of work. This is astonishing.
