First and foremost, the customer service I received from start to finish was second to none. The moment I walked in, I was instantly greeted and welcomed for visiting the shop. I explained to the sales rep that my tire sensors were not functioning and, as a result, I was unable to verify when my tires needed air. I also wanted to have my tires inspected because I noticed extensive wear on all four. The sales rep advised me to give him a couple of minutes and that he would be right with me, and left the office. I waited at the counter for four minutes when the sales rep returned and advised me, "Yes, you are definitely going to need four new tires." What! He inspected my tires? How did he know what I drove?? The sales rep mentioned that I came in two months before having my tires properly inflated, and he remembered that I drove a grey-colored pickup. UNBELIEVABLE memory! Wow, I was truly impressed, as I was not the only customer in the shop, and there were other pickups parked in the lot. I was quoted a fair price for a set of new tires, as I had received quotes from three other tire shops, and this shop beat them all by a wide margin. I was also quoted $35.00 per sensor, the lowest price I found, and $20.00 less than any other shop for a wheel alignment. I was extremely happy with the quote for the entire package and decided to have all the work and new tires installed in this shop. I was advised that it would take three to four hours to complete all the work, which I happily agreed to. I left the shop and went home. Two and a half hours later, I received a text message stating that my truck was ready for pickup, as all the work had been completed. I could not believe the lightning-fast service I had received. Within ten minutes, I was on the ship picking up my truck with new tires, and I was extremely satisfied. I truly wish to thank the entire staff for being so welcoming, friendly, and professional, and for the great customer service. On this day, I became a loyal customer.

That raises a bigger issue: if that's the case, why were these recommended in the first place without clearly explaining the expected lifespan? As a customer, I rely on the shop to recommend products that balance performance, safety, and durability, not something that needs replacement in under a year of normal driving. Being told "that's just how OEM tires are" after the fact feels like a sales-first approach rather than customer-first. I've always considered America's Tire my go-to, but this experience has changed that. I didn't remember if repairs were cash only back then; probably so. Today, years later, I had a flat and went to Julian's. It was really low so I didn't want to drive more on it. I suppose I'd forgotten repairs are cash only. He said I could go to the 7-11 across from Costco to get cash and 7-11 also has an ATM. 7-11 wouldn't give more than $10 cash back and said to use the ATM. Iykyk as far as 7-11 ATMs. I will not use them and don't trust 3rd party ATMs. In my work, I've seen too many people have all their funds taken after using one. So I couldn't have him patch it today. No bank nearby. I had to go to a chain tire store and it was a total rip-off. Of course, they want to sell tires and would not patch it because policy says it's too old although still good. Expected. So I had to buy a new tire for far too much because they'd take a debit card. The review was 5 stars from years ago but today I have to make it 4 because the cash policy is their right to do so but at least use Zelle or Venmo? So many people don't carry cash. Now I learned to have a bit of cash on me! If my tire was beyond fixable per Julian's, I'd rather Julian's get the $$ for a new tire and I know it would have been less. My appointment was for 9:15 this morning, but I actually got there a little earlier and was greeted right away by Eddie. He checked me in, took my information, and got everything set up. Super cool guy... really sweet and easy to talk to. We had some good conversation while getting everything handled. He did let me know the deal I saw didn't apply to the specific tires I needed, which was totally fine. I decided to just replace my two front tires for now and come back in a couple weeks to do the rear ones. Honestly it worked out because I didn't want to spend too much money on a car I hate anyway I also got a wheel alignment and Eddie even hooked me up with a little discount for that, which I really appreciated. I swear this was the fastest tire change and wheel alignment I've ever had done. Julio handled the wheel alignment and Jose did the tire install, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes.
