Francisco was great. He installed a great sound system in my wife's Escape a couple years ago when the factory radio stopped working. Getting ready to sell it now and I notice backup camera wasn't working properly and the antenna was broken. He repaired it in the time promised. I have driving the car and I loved the CARPLAY with NAVIGATION system that works off my phone. Which he took the time to show me how to use. But I noticed AM radio wasn't working. Where do I begin! As soon as I walked in Francisco was polite & helpful. He was very detailed in answering all my audio questions, as I am not too familiar with his field. He gave me many different suggestions to tailor my car & audio needs. Also, he gave information on all the equipment he was referring me without trying to push any extra or costly equipment I didn't need! I was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He allowed me to drop my car off before work & pick up after. Francisco even stayed after hours waiting for me to arrive. What a stand up guy! Even when I arrived, he didn't rush me & even stayed after to test the subwoofer with me just in case I needed any modifications to the set up. Lastly, my key fob wasn't working prior to dropping off my car & I needed to unlock my doors manually. Although, when I picked up my car, the key fob was fixed & Francisco didn't even charge me for the fix! His tactfulness alone is enough for me to keep coming back while his passion & attention to detail is what is making me write this review. I've been posting everywhere boasting about these guys, so my reviews will most likely be copy and paste bc it's fairly long (atleast in my book lol) but I drove over 30 minutes to go to them and it took close to 40 minutes to drive home. I'm sure there's people closer to me that could have installed my front and rear cams, but I'm glad I picked these guys!! Ok, for the copy and past review lol. TLDR - they're friendly, price was very reasonable, and they are thorough, they're family owned as well and seem to be very knowledged about how to install dash cams quickly and correctly. Lots of inventory too. Highly recommend and will be sending more people their way. I was looking for assistance installing my front and rear cams in my new Hyundai Palisade and having them hooked up to the battery instead of the cigarette lighter. My friend recommended these guys to me and I reached out to them. They didn't answer the business line but I sent a text and they immediately answered. Out of the 3 businesses I reached out to, these guys were the ones I went with. One asked for more money and the other one still hasn't called me back lol. Steve did the install for me and was super friendly while his brother was handling the customers walking in. They are practicing social distancing although their lobby is very small...I decided to walk outside while he handled the people coming in looking at stereos to be considerate to their business and the other customers that came in. Steve was able to work thru the heat while I was dying. He made sure that my cameras were straight and correct before I left. I offered for Steve to turn on my AC if he needed but he refused but he didn't even look like he was sweating. Since they are on a busy street, they even reversed my palisade out for me so I wouldn't have issues getting out....not necessary but appreciated. Idk about you, but I prefer to go to a small business/family business and when I come across an awesome one, I feel like I hit the jackpot! I hope this Corona Virus crap doesn't interfere with your business too much guys! And thank you, Steve for working so diligently on my front and rear camera. Having been in tech support/customer service for hella long and running a small business of my own, I understand how important reviews are for both consumer and business.
