They did superb with pre wiring as well had providing and setting up equipment. They tuned out rooms to perfection no matter what house we had. Their service after installation is equally awesome. As for houses that were not new builds, they were creative and solution oriented and there was nothing we could throw at them that they could not provide a great solution for. They even did the outdoor speakers for the pool. We could not be more impressed and we continue to use them and recommend them. They are indeed the best.

We lost our big screen TV, cable box, invisible fence, outdoor lighting, etc and all of those have been repaired by several different companies! Play and Gourmet are the only ones that have not had the courtesy to return our many calls. I cannot give them a good recommendation! 9/24/2018 Once again we have been calling Play and Gourmet about help fixing our Lutron system that was struck by lightning in July.
