We lost our big screen TV, cable box, invisible fence, outdoor lighting, etc and all of those have been repaired by several different companies! Play and Gourmet are the only ones that have not had the courtesy to return our many calls. I cannot give them a good recommendation! 9/24/2018 Once again we have been calling Play and Gourmet about help fixing our Lutron system that was struck by lightning in July. Now we are being told that someone will call us back.... but that they are very busy due to the hurricane?! I am having a lot of trouble understanding how they run their business?! I still do not have lights in my office.....since July!!

Nest products: Absolutely miserable experience with these folks. Not really sure they knew what…read morethey were doing with Nest products. The installations did not go well; so they sold me about $1800 of products, that did not fix the problems. Nest support that I had to call due to non-response from S&S, told me they had set the system up on the wrong frequency. Last straw: About a month ago they came to replace a Nest outdoor camera. Definitely do not think the installer knew that much about Nest, because he kept calling someone else, and told me another technical problem would be treated by another guy (who still hasn't called back after 5-6 calls). The camera still doesn't work; but they cashed the check for the service... Dealing with these people was after the nightmare with McKnight! (Problem originated with Nest originally showing McKnight as the only Savannah installer, to whom I wasted $2500. Then they added S&S, who while better than McKnight, still was not adequate to service Nest.) Now am paying another company $100 to fix what S&S has neglected/refused to correct. Stay away from these people for Nest products!!!!
