Took it into a guy 3 times before them to no avail, bought a new motor, new transistors, etc. Dropped it off to these guys and ran them through the scenario and after a couple of drop offs/pick ups they found the issue and it's been no problem ever since. Everything was in EXCELLENT condition except the FM reception on the preamp. He then said 500 is the best I can do. They may seem kind and generous when you're purchasing from them, but they are not ethical when purchasing from you.

They do not understand the equipment they install and not customer focused…read more We had an issue with an integra receiver and they charged us $90 to come out to look at the equipment they installed. The integra has a Wifi module automatically update the firmware and it was not set up when they installed it. Lends to them not understanding the equipment they install.

Not overly bright, but a great guy. His other employee thinks he's a gym rat. He's pretty bright, but bores you to tears, so be warned. BUT, all in all, I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE to get my windows tinted! Jesse was able to have his tint man do the job today, and it makes the ruby red metallic paint really stand out. If you want quality tinting, go nowhere else but Inphase. Fair price and great customer service. I'm thinking I may one day get Jesse's help with some auto sound upgrades, too!
