They are the go to for local computer repairs. They build their own as well. They have built 4 computers for me over the years and have always been better priced and did exactly what I needed without a lot of fluff. The repairs are reasonably priced and quick. I bought several items including a lawn mower. It worked great until something broke. Greenworks sent me to Pomona Power. Pomona Power was at all times courteous and fast acting. They managed my expectations and acted as my advocate with Greenworks. Pomona Power provided frequent updates as Greenworks was deciding whether to fix my machine or give me a new one. I ended up with a brand new lawn mower in a newer model. I have no idea if this meant Pomona Power lost revenue because they treated me like a valued customer at all times. I will never go elsewhere. Pick it up about six months ago and had them started and showed me that it was fixed Went to use it for first time and tine engagement cable snapped. One of the things to be replaced. It was in operation for less than 60 seconds. Verbally explained it they couldn't understand over the phone. Asked me to bring it back, which is a 30 minute drive and I gotta borrow a truck. I explained I expected a refund and they said that's not gonna happen - against their policy. Well, I have a policy of working with people that do quality work and standby it. Two failures, both times lack of willingness to acknowledge they were wrong, or that I as a customer put out.

We had a Sole treadmill that needed a new deck installed. He responded within ten minutes of me sending my email and squeezed us in for an appointment the next day. Jerzy arrived ahead of schedule and got quickly to work re-assembling our treadmill, which was in pieces in our basement. He finished in about 45 minutes, giving the treadmill a thorough look as he assembled. Once he was finished, he gave me a walkthrough of what he had done, and had me test out the machine.
