Fair, honest and looking out for his customers as I found out during the final evaluation of the electronic I came to have repaired. The minimum jobs he will charge as a store fee of $35. So repair costs will go up from there. He sells repaired unclaimed electronics in store and on Ebay. He has a few gaming consoles on sale. The retro toys, figurines and posters are not for sale. I had a problem with my laptop and brought it in to be rectified. I dropped it off and a day later I went to pick it up. I had dropped it off a month before for the same problems and found out when I got home that only one of the 2 problems had been fixed, When I went this time for pickup it was Will DeGrenier that waited on me, I was furious to find out once again that only 1 of the problems was fixed.
