Carabao takes traditional Filipino dishes and gives them a creative, modern twist, and everything we tried was delicious. From the minute we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. There is something so special about the Filipino tradition of hospitality -- making guests feel like family, sharing food generously, and creating a sense of warmth and connection around the table -- and Carabao truly reflects that.
