The schedular of jobs, Nicole is wonderful to work with - she is very customer-oriented. We had a really really really bad clog last week, and it took three trips to clear the issue entirely. While it can be frustrating that it's not done the first time, there were extenuating circumstances, and Auger Plumbing could not have been more fair with the final bill. The "Twins" eventually located the problem (did I say really really bad clog?) and eradicated it. They are an excellent team, and we will request them on any future visits. When they returned the second time, they deducted the first bill from the second visit. When they returned the third time, they deducted the first two visits from the final bill - I know a lot of companies that would never have done that. Two months ago, I had a dishwasher installed, and the guts of the toilet tank replaced. To install the dishwasher, they cut up my very expensive pergo floor, ruined a kitchen cabinet, cut notches in the countertop, and insisted the reason for the problems getting it the old one out, was because the floor was put in after the DW, and the new one in, because it was bigger. Absolutely not true; I should know! After installation, the new DW wasn't closing properly and he stuck a screw in between my counter and cabinet, as a "shim." I was charged, sit down, $750. I still can't wash dishes because it doesn't close properly, the side of my cabinet, next to the DW has detached from the cabinet, I have visible notches in my countertop, and I have missing floor boards in front of the DW. My toilet? When I flush it, the toilet lid lifts. I tried shortening the chain, that didn't work. It also constantly runs. When I tried to get them to come back, they made it all my fault that they hadn't returned, and regarding phone calls and being here and not being here, when their plumber showed up without notifying me. I really don't appreciate the insinuation that I'm a liar. One day, their plumber just showed up when there was NO appointment. I was sitting in my car. I waited and waited and waited, he never got out of his truck, I was in a hurry, and he knows very well that I have a great difficulty walking, so I left, after waiting about 10 minutes. I didn't know if he was on his lunch break and not getting out of his truck, or what. The fact is he had no appointment and I had to leave, I was in a hurry and had already waited. I was also annoyed that he just showed up, and at the exact time I had to leave to pick up a child at school. No time to fool around when a child is standing there, waiting! He texted me, I texted back and never got a response. Finally, after phone tag and unreturn calls, I tried to make an appointment, (on a Friday, three weeks later) they said they couldn't come in the morning they could come in the afternoon and I said I couldn't do it in the afternoon (I also couldn't do it in the morning, but they didn't ask about it, just said THEY couldn't do it).That was part of the accusations of me doing everything wrong, because the guy showed up in the morning and they called me 10 times in the morning they said they COULD NOT come here. I was accused of quieting my dogs when the bell rang, and pretending not to be home! I wasn't here! I was at the doctor's office and certainly could not answer the bell or their telephone calls, but I don't owe them an explanation; they seem to think I did. Then they said the only way they would come back again to fix the unusable DW and problem toilet they left me with, was if I gave them a deposit upfront. A deposit upfront? To fix the mess they left? To not complete what they did? Two months later I have a toilet lid lifting when I flush and an unusable dishwasher? I haven't done anything about it because I live on SS and $750 is a fortune to me, and takes me some time to save up if I have to pay that much again to get the mess they made, fixed. read more

Professional service. Tech happened to be owner and was prompt in accordance to the schedule. In addition to fixing my shower, he remedied two other plumbing issues that I had. Both were simple fixes and he didn't try to bamboozle me in believing it was something much worse. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! - We had a backed up garbage disposal / kitchen sink on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend they we couldn't resolve. We called Auger Plumbing as they are local in Palm Bay (we always try to support small local businesses) and was greeted by a very nice woman who we found out later was the office manager who was great and very customer focused. She was able to work us into the afternoon schedule and Auger arrived within the hour. Our plumber (Donae Auger - her father is the owner) and her helper/apprentice were able to quickly resolve the problem. She was very knowledable and very pleasant. Auger's Plumbing really helped me out when I needed it. My neighbor came to my work place to let me know I had water flowing from my garage. I called my son to check on it and he found that the water heater had split along the seam. He couldn't turn the valve to the water heater off since it was over 20 years old and the handle was too corroded to turn. He had to shut off the water to the house while I called to find someone to replace the water heater. I'll admit I chose Auger's Plumbing first because of his name(it really is the owner's name). He was able to come out that afternoon and replace the heater so we could turn the water back on. He and his daughter were very professional and got the work done quickly at a very reasonable price. If I ever need plumbing work done again, I'll be sure to call them. read more

I called around to a few places and they all seemed to be more expensive than Auger's Plumbing. I called the company Friday September 14th 2018 and they were able to come out that day to help determine the issue we were having and fixed the issue right away. Price was fair for what they did. This plumber is dishonest. When my mother called to get a quote to reconnect the plumbing after having granite tops installed, he asked and enumerated the different things, faucet, frig., dishwasher, etc. and she agreed. He said it would be $169. When the job was completed he gave her a bill for $285. Plus, he had to come back the next day because he forgot to turn the water on to the frig. and dishwasher. read more

It started as a leak in my sprinkler system complicated by roots of a tree the price started at $450ish then he couldn't get to the pipes without breaking more pipes and needed a backhoe price increased $600 more but he was going to give us a discount. Well 2 days later i had a $1000. Bill and the backflow still did not work correctly and he said it would take a week to get parts. Well when i went to use the sprinkler it had dirt and debris in it and it malfunction ed,they told me to call my sprinkler company to fix it and they would pay for it. I had to track down the repair person to get him out to fix the backflow and the sprinkler was having problems again and he said he would fix it. He came out late and then told us he had to bring in a sprinkler company as we had a zone issue. My husband told him to leave. I paid $1000. Owe $90 to my sprinkler company that they did not pay and still have a sprinkler system i cannot use. Do not use this company. read more

We have owned our home nearly 30 years, so several plumbing items have needed repair or replacement. Every time i've called Auger, they come quickly, they fix it completely, and they charge reasonably! What more can one ask for!?
