FACTS: We hired this firm to replumb whole house and install fixtures. - Numerous leaks, lack of review of their own work, toilets roughed-in the wrong spot - Many errors caught by me, the homeowner - Damaged the walls, fixtures and drains - Had to request one of the team not to return as he was not in good condition (smelled) - They attempted to install a tankless hot water heater and were not successful - had to come back 3 times - Job finished by another plumbing company Do not reccomend. read more

This was my third time using this company and I will not call them again. We needed our shower cartridge fixed, it is always difficult to remove so this was the second time we have had this company come out to fix it. They sent a guy out that does not know how to do it, he normally does sewer plumbing, but the guy who normally does it was out sick (Which I understand). But the guy who showed up didn't even know how to use the tool to remove the cartridge. Luckily my husband was home and showed him how the tool worked. After using the tool part of the cartridge was stuck, this happens every time and the next step is using a drill to get the rest out. My husband told him this, yet he continued to try other things and waste time. Finally he used the drill and got the rest out, he puts the new cartridge in and drops the pin in the wall. He then had to leave, get a new pin, and come back to put the pin in. Did his time exceed an hour, yes, but it was because he had no idea what he was doing. But I had to pay for him being here for over an hour, 1st hour $179, second hour $140, cartridge $80. This was way overpriced for what I needed done. The guy was nice, he just didn't know what he was doing, and I shouldn't have had to pay for his lack of knowledge when I scheduled someone to come out that does know what they are doing. had a mysterious ceiling leak in the night which was gushing water and could not be stopped without turning the whole house cutoff. Service by Dave was friendly and prompt. Isolated to expansion tank near ceiling which had rusted through and was jetting water into the ceiling and pouring out elsewhere. Very odd issue but fixed easily and at reasonable cost. read more

We were quoted by another plumber in the area a total of $2200 to scope out then excavate a blockage in our sewer system. A month later, the same company refused to honor this quote and raised their price to over $5000 for the same job. In desperation, my husband contacted the folks at H and H for a second opinion. They thought they might be able to remove the blockage for far less than we were originally quoted. Today, their camera disclosed the blockage culprit: a discarded wax ring from most likely before we bought the house over 20 years ago. Ending price for scoping out and removing the blockage? $710. Called them for a suspected leak. They thought the leak was in the wall or slab foundation of the bathroom due to a sound heard in the wall. They recommended American Leak Detection to find the location of the leak for $500. Paid about $180 for the initial visit, $500 for leak detection and $1100 for the leak in the slab foundation to be fixed. read more

Zero stars!! Stay away. Information them the issue on the phone no water to home that we were on a well system and the pump was continually running. They came out had no idea what the issue was. Here for 10 minutes charged me $80 for service call even though the tech said he had no clue how to fix well system and had no recommendations for my but was happy to charge me $80. Even when I complained to him and told him that I told the guy that picked up the phone it was a well system he could have said that you couldn't fix it before wasting my time and money. March 2020 I discovered I had a water leak in my kitchen. I was referred to H H Plumbling by Angies list and was the worst decision I made. They made more of a mess than the problem did. It took them over 7 days to make repairs and to repipe the house. Each day they left more of a mess than the day before. They put 28 holes in my drywall just for repiping. Some of them holes were discovered after they had left the project. Repairs to the drywall cost me $3000 to repair and have painted. They did shoddy repair work under the kitchen sink and actually left an exposed hole to the outside. Repairs to the dugged up concrete was also shoddy. It is starting to crack and come apart. It was suggested that we replace the hot water heater due to it getting old and not being efficient. During the replacement the new hot water heater was dented which I discovered myself later. Instead of replacing I was offered a monetary discount which I agreed but it was just to get them out of my house. I highly DO NOT recommend the company. Neighbor across the street had his repiping done in 1 day and no holes in his drywall. I feel the H H Plumbling milked the project, inflated the cost and did a terrible job. read more

I recently had my water heater leaking water all over our garage. We had a flight to catch the next day therefore we were in a bind. We called H& H Plumbing and they came out a couple of hours later and shortly thereafter diagnosed the problem and installed a new water heater. I was very impressed with the quick and professional service we received. I think the person who came out is named Bill. I apologize if I got his name wrong, it has been almost a month since he came out, but he was friendly and very professional and informative. He worked hard in the heat and rain. I called back after he left, because I had a concern with cloudy water when I turned on the hot water and he gladly returned ready to empty out the water heater and refill it, even though it was not necessary and could have just assured me over the phone that there was no problem and some residue is normal initially. I told him he could have just told me this over the phone. I felt bad that he came back when we were his last job. He told me he preferred coming back to make sure there was no problem with the water heater. Wow! That is dedication and taking pride in your work! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! THEY RIP OFF VETERANS! I just bought a older home and needed my sewer lines scoped with a camera to see if there was any issues, blockage etc. with the old pipes. The techs came out and "supposedly" took a video of my lines. The techs said they would have to bring the video back to the business to do some "editing" before emailing my copy. They didn't want to show me because they mentioned that they previously erased the video trying to operate the camera. Keep in mind they use this equipment everyday. I paid them $350 to scope the lines and was told I would get a copy of the video in an email. Never received the video and when I called the owner 3 times for it and last time I talked to him he said, "I will send it, when I get to it." He has NEVER emailed the video to me, so I paid $350 for nothing! Scammed! Stay away unless you want them to take your money!! Shameful. read more
