Exceptionally lack of care and concern for customers. Dave's Plumbing seemed to be nice when I paid them to install a new water heater and hot water circulation pump. The hot water circulation pump only worked for about two months and then quit working. I called them several times and all I get is excuses. There is definitely no service after the sale. When you call them you get forwarded to an answering service and you just have to hope they will return your call. Now I've had to pay another plumber to come out and check the pump only to confirm that the pump is not working. I am once again trying to contact them to replace the pump, but still no response! read more

During a bathroom remodel found out we needed to have our house repiped due to polybutylene pipes in the foundation of our 30-year-old home. Used Dave's Plumbing in the past for repairs so called Dave. Chet came out the next day and gave us a quote for a whole house repipe through the attic and Liz quickly worked the permit with the city. Chet started the next day and was done in two days including having to unexpectedly run a new main water line and shutoff valve, which they did for half price. I asked 2 different people who don't know each other (a real estate agent and a new home owner) to tell me who they use and surprisingly, they BOTH said, "Dave's Plumbing". I still got 2 opinions but, I went with Dave's Plumbing. The guy who showed up was named, Chet. He was really cool. He showed up when he said he would and finished before the timeframe I was told. He left everything clean and hauled away the old water heater. I was given a detailed invoice and a detailed receipt and they also explained how I could get a Gas Company rebate (super awesome!) We needed a plumber to make some repairs to make our new insurance company happy. We contacted Dave's Plumbing based on his Yelp reviews and proximity to our home. Our inquiry was promptly addressed by Liz who provided an estimate quickly. We scheduled the work and they arrived on time and got to work. While doing the tasks Dave spotted a couple of water valves in need of replacement. I agreed to replacing them and they were done in no time. I had to open up a wall to do a sheetrock repair on a wall in my closet and found a very rusted waste pipe. It was so bad that there was no way I could close the wall up and ignore this so I called Dave's Plumbing. They were quick with a response, asked me to text pictures to them so they can assess the situation. They made an appointment a few days later. The plumber showed up and replaced the rusted cast iron waste stack. The job was done in a reasonable time.In the near future I will need to test the line when I install the vanity in the bathroom and if there is a leak I am confident they will take care of it. They left the waste lines for the vanity capped and that's fine. They seem competant and honest. read more

Dave is honest and up-front with his pricing, which is an hourly rate for labor (prorated) and parts. His estimates are free and he is great about scheduling. He uses a scheduling company that I think may be open 24 hours, I recently called at 8pm and Dave called me back that night. I've had him out to my house twice, once to repair a leaking water supply line in my master bath and once to replace the expansion tank on a water heater. The first time he also repaired two running toilets and fixed a broken toilet handle, total charge $180. The second time he inspected the water heater, repaired the line and expansion tank, was in and out quickly, total charge $155. Both times he took time to explain a little about plumbing, pipes, etc, verifying where the water shutoff in the house for the main line and the water heater were, how to drain the water heater, etc. Great for new homeowners. I know when I call Dave he'll be on time, will quote a fair price, and I'll pay that price without any surprise charges or fees. Great company to work with. read more
