My only suggestion would be to slice the red onion a little thinner and give the vinaigrette more flavor. The dressing was a little too mild compared with everything else going on in the salad. Fix that vinaigrette and this dish would be perfect! The wings were delicious, and of course I had to steal a bite of my husband's Saloon Smashed Burger and it was delicious too! Overall, two thumbs up! The interior looks the same as last year. We noticed a huge improvement in both the food and service compared with our visit a year ago. The Steakhouse Burger is hands-down one of the best I've had -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The fries were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and absolutely addictive when dipped in their house ranch. That ranch is next-level -- tantalizingly delicious and packed with flavor! I also loved having the seasonal Mango Cart beer on tap. It was refreshing, crisp, and the perfect complement to the meal. What really made the visit special was the outstanding service.
