We needed to have a new roof installed on our Montana. Evidently there was a leak in the rear air conditioner that had done a lot of damage. I was quoted the repair and the timeline and explained everything that had to be done. They delivered on both. Our new roof looks amazing. We're a band that passed through Augusta playing with REO Speedwagon and our Winnebago was having serious issues. Somehow we were lucky enough to have Richard Fender arrive for a service call at the venue and his level of kindness and expertise is something we rarely encounter for RV techs. Not only did he get us back on the road safely as quickly as possible, but he kept on checking that there was nothing else that needed repairing before we left. Started real well, but after several months, my bill increased significantly with the idea that my failed equipment was being upgraded. But my satellite radio was not connected to an attena. My dish satelite does not connect to TV's. My macerator toilet does not function. My dash was not put back together it fell out on the floor on my trip out. The new porch awning has 2 large holes where it is attached to the coach over the doorway. I dropped the coach off on the first of November 2023, and it was returned to me in July 2024 with the original problems with enhancements. The awning was the one item that could not be addressed, but as I had extended the warranty, the thought was to have them fix HDMI remote control. The macerator toilet. The microphone for the dashboard bluetooth connection. Replace all the slides and porch. Friendly staff always, but nothing appeared to get done. read more

The Ice machine is spot on. The ice is always cold and clean. I would say this ice machine is the OG of all ice machines.

I took my small camper in to have the bearings repacked & tires checked. I got it back the next day. However, the service department left the door unlocked to my camper with bed in disarray; grass was found on the roof, frame, windows, side panels, & rocks on the tongue & roof of camper; appeared the license plate was bent from them weed eating under our camper; scuffed up the wheels & cap; got it back with grease all over the wheels, too. In addition, they were to check the tires & I had to follow-up with various staff on the tires to find out their condition & got mixed feedback on whether I needed to replace them; I found they put my tire(s) pressure to 45 psi when it recommends 35 psi. Lastly, I found that most of my chrome lug nuts Augusta RV removed & put back on were damaged after they worked on my camper. It appears they stripped the outside of the lug nuts where I would not be able to remove them myself. When I left Augusta RV to take my camper to get new tires, the tire technician had to put new lug nuts on both wheels so the wheels could be reinstalled & allow me to remove them in the future. My experience at Augusta RV in Evans, GA was not a good one & I can not recommend them for service as the quality & value for what I had to pay was poor & not professional. read more

​Paid $800 for a new slide out motor. 1.5 slides and the motor burned up. Owner called the wife up one morning when she was getting ready for work. He started arguing with her and she told him she didn't have the time for such. He knocked his crew off around 4 pm on Friday and he was the only technician there and I waited forever to pick up the camper. Tough luck...... I would never think about going back. We purchased a Puma Poloma camper in June of 2020, the experience was and is still a nightmare. Clint, Jordan,Richard, and the rest of the AUGUSTA RV TEAM have done one heck of a job above and beyond fantastic. The most recent is was the stove which has not worked since we purchased the camper! Augusta RV came out did a diagonistic testing and ordered the parts. (Pandemic time line) The part came in they came back and installed them. Stove still not working properly same issue bad part from the supplier. Jordan, got PUMA to send a new stove to resolve the issues! Pandimic time line still. The 1st stove sent from the factory was the wrong model. The 2nd stove was damaged in transit, The 3rd stove has been installed and is working flawlessly. It has been a long road but thanks to the NEVER QUIT ATTITUIDE and PROFESSIONALISN of the AUGUSTA RV TEAM WE NOW HAVE A Functioning unit. 16 months of work by a team of professionals. Let me also state that we are full time in the RV so we missed the oven. Question about changing out a new unused toilet out to a new compost toilet in my new RV. The response was, "Why do you want to change out a toilet when you have tanks?" Then the ultimate answer was when I said that I had ordered the toilet of my choice elsewhere, "We do not put in parts not ordered by us." Even as a nurse, when patients bring their home medications in that are not available at the hospital where I work will clear those medications so that they can be given. I wanted to take the time to share with you my thoughts about the recent work that was completed on my RV Trailer by Augusta RV this week in New Ellenton SC. The man that came out and serviced my RV was Mr. Richard, the owner, you don't see that much in today's world, but he knows his stuff and does a great job. He was very fair and upfront about your options and cost for proposed repairs upon his initial review. All the Augusta RV personnel from the front desk to the workers in the field were all very professional and courteous. The work that was completed on my RV, was a new 10 gallon hot water heater installation, a 21 foot awning was installed and they replaced the control board on my furnace. The good news is they're all working and I'm enjoying the fact of that, therefore I'm a happy customer of Augusta RV! I give them my highest rating and I think you'll be pleased with them as well. Augusta RV was super easy to communicate with, allowed for after hours drop off to accomodate our schedule and got the work done quickly and did a great job! They greased the wheel bearings, serviced the brakes and checked out a leak. They didn't rush us at pick up even though it was closing time and they took the time to explain some additional questions we had. Sorry service team led by Clint the service manager. They do very sloppy, careless work or simply do not finish their job at all! THEN THEY expect payment by either the customer or the manufacturer for their shady work performed!! I would NEVER go back there again! Maybe I don't have a "nice enough" trailer or coach for them to work on or perform satisfactory work, but that is still very unacceptable in my book!! I still have a 2017 trailer that is worth nearly $30,000 and I take great care and pride in it and when I pay for someone to work on it I expect to at least have a decent job performed. This place failed in every aspect of that! Then when called up to fix it or assist, all I was given then was excuses!! Yes, they have some decent reviews, yet I'd steer away from this place if I were you! Very shady work in service!! All, below is a full detailed review of my experiences with Augusta RV over the past seven months, specifically with the service team, lead by Clint; their service manager. Please bear with the long review! If it is too much for some to read, feel free to scan through it, but it behooves you to read it in its entirety as I've truly had some very detailed experiences with their service department and I will explain those details below. Some have considered me to be meticulous, yet I simply take pride in the work I do every time I work on something and I'd like to be able to receive and expect that same quality of work when I hire someone and pay money for services rendered. I'm not a hard guy to please, yet I do expect basic standards of quality to be met when my equipment is worked on. Now to be frank I will just state things right up front. I am extremely displeased and plain out disgusted with the quality of service that has been conducted on my trailer and I feel extremely disrespected by the same. Too bad the Owner and/or General Manager of Augusta RV don't have any of their information listed on their website as I would have loved to have included them on this message. I'm sure they may have liked to read this as well; maybe they will see this review anyway. Well I brought my trailer down to Augusta RV last fall to have numerous faults corrected under the manufacturer's warranty and it all began with this... I immediately was given the runaround through lies and misinformation from the get go, and for the first 1-2 months of my trailer being there. I was told they had ordered the parts needed for my trailer yet no one in Heartland (the manufacturer of my trailer) had any knowledge of such an order. THEN, that order was finally placed and I guess shipped out by Heartland and somehow that order was misplaced. Now I'm not sure if that was on Heartland's end, or if that large of an order actually got lost in the mail in transit somehow or if it was on Augusta RV's end, but that again made me lose even more time! Well, it wasn't until I had to become more personally involved in the maintenance process myself (even though I consider that entirely NOT MY job and should have been completed and followed up on by the service team at Augusta RV) and I contacted Heartland myself and actually got the ball rolling through Bob Pierson and Jeff Marner that the needed parts finally started rolling into Augusta RV's shop and then began getting installed. All this took about 2-3 months by this time now. Then I get the call to come pick up the trailer and I come in and inspect the trailer and it appears to me that several of the items on the repair list weren't even completed properly, if at all (and I'll list a bunch of these items below to show everyone what was done and/or not done. Well, by that time, I just wanting to get my trailer back and be done with it and I could finish those last items myself or have another ASC closer to me perform the work properly. We still had a few parts on backorder from Heartland and when I picked up my trailer back in November, though they (specifically Clint) had told me that when those parts arrived into their shop that they would contact me to come back in and have them installed, well that also failed to happen! Then based off my previous experiences with Augusta RV up to that point I decided to contact Heartland to have those parts shipped to me so either I could install them myself or again have an ASC closer to me install them. Yet Heartland had told me that those parts had already been shipped to Augusta RV (in December) and I would have to go see them to have them completed. So I waited for their phone call figuring they may have been busy. Well December went by and then into January, then late January by the time I contacted them to inquire about these parts. They (Augusta RV) had then finally told me that yes they had these parts in, yet again only after I finally contacted them over a month later by that time. /// ALL I COULD FIT IN OF MY REVIEW ON YELP!!" /// read more

I recently had to take my camper in from going on a trip to New Orleans. I've never experienced such bad weather in my life. (A hurricane and tornado!) All I need to say is thank you God for Augusta Rv. Clint and Jordan are beyond wonderful. They really took the time to go over my camper documenting everything. I had to replace some awnings and the roof. They helped me with the insurance company and made this experience not so painful. Their prices are very affordable and they stand behind their work 100%. Being a person that just got a C class for the first time (Had a 5th wheel) they were incredible! Don't waste your time or aggravation going somewhere else. My husband and I looked at a 5th wheel RV awhile ago and was told by the owner's son some things that were not true. We liked the camper, but wanted it inspected due to the age and just wanting to know the condition of it. We were asked to put down a deposit after he talked with the owner and we agreed on a price. He told us if we decided we did not want it, we would get our money back, but this would keep anyone else from buying it. So we put down the deposit. Then we decided we wanted to have this camper inspected. This camper had been on their lot for over nine months, we were told this was the first inspection (I found that hard to believe)....the camper had been reduced due to the time it had been sitting there...then after the inspection the sales person (owner's son) told us of the work needed on it and costs involved...we decided it wasn't worth the sale. Then he tells me, well, you owe us 35.00 more dollars! I had given him $150.00 for the deposit, but he did not bother to tell us we had to pay for the inspection. If I had known that, I would have negotiated with the owner when he talked to her about the price. My point in doing this review is make sure you get all the details once you talk to these folks. I was visiting a friend in Augusta over Memorial Day weekend. Friday, when we set up at Heritage RV park our slide would not come out. Augusta RV took us in that afternoon. It took Richard about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. However, they didn't have the part. Richard only charged us for the 30 minutes work. When I started to leave their after paying my RV would not start. Richard worked 3.5 hours to diagnose the problem without success. He even had a tech from another shop come to help. At the end of the day he didn't charge me a dime and let us keep our RV on their lot hooked up to power. They gave us access to the RV over the weekend even though they were closed. Richard and Augusta RV were great. They went over and above for us. read more
