I'm specifically referring to: cleaning cuticals, filing own hard skin around the nail, and painting without bubbles up to the cutilcle. However, they are not the salon to go to if you want intricate and original nail art or anything other than gel. Majority of the techs are Russian and not too chatty. I don't mind this at all, but if you are uncomfortable with people speaking a foreign language around you...no further comment. They used to be in the Trini Salon, they are now in a stand alone salon up the road. My only complaint about the venue change is now it feels a bit less upscale. They used to wear all white scrub like outfits with gloves. Now they wear jeans, sneakers and tee shirts. It's not a big deal, but they are not cheap and part of the experience was feeling that you were working with strict professionals. Also the cell service is awful, I'm sure there's wifi but the password isnt posted which is something they can def do. Overall, it's not glamorous but they do a great job, you get what you pay for service wise! In regard to Covid, there are some employees who wear beaded masks (they even sell them).
