I've been coming to this nail salon on and off for about a year and a half. They do some of the best manicure/pedicure work. I'm specifically referring to: cleaning cuticals, filing own hard skin around the nail, and painting without bubbles up to the cutilcle. However, they are not the salon to go to if you want intricate and original nail art or anything other than gel. Majority of the techs are Russian and not too chatty. I don't mind this at all, but if you are uncomfortable with people speaking a foreign language around you...no further comment. They used to be in the Trini Salon, they are now in a stand alone salon up the road. My only complaint about the venue change is now it feels a bit less upscale. They used to wear all white scrub like outfits with gloves. Now they wear jeans, sneakers and tee shirts. It's not a big deal, but they are not cheap and part of the experience was feeling that you were working with strict professionals. Also the cell service is awful, I'm sure there's wifi but the password isnt posted which is something they can def do. Overall, it's not glamorous but they do a great job, you get what you pay for service wise! In regard to Covid, there are some employees who wear beaded masks (they even sell them). I had a good mask on so I wasn't too concerned but it's something to be aware of if you're high risk! read more

I used to go to this place for five years! One time I'm late in 15 minutes they said over the phone we cannot do any design. I agreed to that when I arrived, they didn't want to do any color and they didn't want to service me at all.. The worst customer service don't go there find a better place!!! read more

first, if you don't speak Russian, you might not feel comfortable here because they make no attempt to speak to you in English and no one speaks English. Second, they are not at all kind and friendly. Even regular customers can't get appointments and they're proud of that. Third whatever they do they definitely injure your nails. It burns like hell when you put your nails under that gel light. I never experienced that before.. The manicures generally last at least a month, but the last one I had started to chip within a week. read more

This salon ruined my nails. I have been to this salon twice. The first experience was bad (they cut my cuticle so much that almost all of my fingers were bleeding), but I thought it might just be a one-off incident. I was wrong. The second time was even worse. I came for gel removal and a regular manicure. For gel removal they used a drill....which did take off the gel, but also removed much of my nail enamel. Now the surface of my nails is uneven, and they are extremely thin. Ironically, technician mentioned how healthy and strong my nails were... so she decided to make them weaker or something? Sounds like a sick joke. The technique used for gel removal doesn't allow the technician to feel how much they take off during the procedure. I'm very upset now, definitely won't come back, and cannot recommend this salon to anyone. Anyway, consider going to another salon, or perhaps a DIY :D that's what I'm going to do from now on. My hands are important to me, and it's hard to trust anybody after two disastrous visits here. read more

I was in the area on a mini vacation and decided to go here since they were close plus i really needed a soak off and they seemed to do nice nails based on the photos. I will say this place is kind of pricey and not worth the work that they do. I went in for an acrylic set and i kept telling my nail technician that but she decided to do hard gel on my nails so i ended up paying 120 for basic hard gel nails and 20 for a soak off. It took my nail technician over 3 hours to do my nails and by the time i finished i was just ready to go. My nails were subpar. I won't be going again. read more

I noticed the price chart on the counter it said $80 I was charged for a regular mediocre pedicure and a mediocre gel manicure and was charged $185. Extremely poor customer service ! I scheduled an appointment for a mani and pedicure. An employee calls me a few days before and tells me that the person I scheduled with for the manicure is not available so I need to schedule my manicure for two separate days! No one else is available ! $ 60 pedicure was a wreck as the employee OvEr filed my nails!! Ok so next appointment scheduled for a mani 5pm . Drive across town .. attempt to check in with front desk .. and she informs me that I have no appointment. I am 100 % sure of the date and time I scheduled the appointment for but she tells me that I don't have an appointment No follow up accommodating response ! im going to give this place a one star, I usually don't leave reviews but I was so upset about their attitude and how they handle everything. As I came in the front desk lady was very rude as to I asked her questions about where was my appointment and she didn't respond nicely I felt unwelcomed. It was my first time there so I was confused. Secondly the lip blush that they do, the lady did not tell me in advance that if You usually get cold sores it will happen after the procedure. She had told me after the proxedure was done. The minute I set foot in the salon I was ignored completely by the front desk receptionist. I was standing there right In Front of her as she was just continuing her conversation on the phone and completely ignoring my presence ... I stood there for a few minutes giving her a chance to acknowledge me but didn't happen at some point I had to say excuse em I'm hear for appointment .. only then she decided to pay some mind to me .. I only asked to file my nails and cover with gel polish no cutting cuticles no hardware manicure that set me back $60 then I proceeded to a pedicure station the worker was kind and friendly however, the chair was extremely uncomfortable to sit in and it's missing the bottom part instead each worker has to fill a separate odd plastic basket with water in the back of the salon and bring it back to you to dip your feet in .. the whole experience was odd instead of a relaxing spa experience I had to hold on to the chair so I wouldn't slide out into the portable plastic basket contraption ....
