This has been one of our go-to home improvement stores for anything from shrubs, light bulbs, cleaning supplies and other things. Our most experience here was perfect. Now mind you, we'd gotten here like 1/2 hour before closing to get 4 gallons of black exterior paint so our contractors can paint our 7 panel wood slat fence. We knew we wanted a basic black so it's not like we struggled. We selected a high-quality brand that could tolerate the elements then selected a swatch so the paint mixer can take it from there. Service was awesome and we'd gotten the 4 gallons at a decent price using hubs' Military discount. The paint mixer was extremely pleasant and eager to please.

I asked the driver if that didn't look like someone's yard to him and I got a lot of blank stares and platitudes. These folks have terrible reviews and I could pretend to act surprised if you want me to but honestly I'm not. I thought about calling into the office with my complaint but based on the other reviews here I'd just be wasting my time. Hoopleheads.

Judging by how many dying/dead plants there are, this isn't a rare case of the gardener taking off one day with no replacement but more like a chronic issue that needs to be dealt with. They have a clearance area for plants that are a little past their prime but a sizable amount of them are just plain dead! And $5-10 to boot! A good chunk of the regular priced plants aren't doing too well either.
