I've been coming here for the last 3 years or so for Botox. But Im writing this because I think the doctor dilutes the botox too much and the front dest does not return calls. My First visit with Dr Rojas went great, the botox lasted almost 3 months which was what I expected. I then had a few botox appointments with nurses, also great. The Second time I saw the doctor, the botox didn't last a month. I called them and told them. They said come back and the doctor redid it at no charge, nice, thanks it lasted 3 months. Again, a couple of appointments w nurses and the injections lasted as I expected. Another appointment w the doctor, Botox didn't last a month. Next Nurse visit went great. In january, I called for an appointment, they fit me in with Dr Rojas. I was apprehensive because I felt HE, not his nurses, dilutes the Botox too much. But I had a funeral and took the appointment. Again, it didn't last a month, and I got a black eye from the injections! I know bruising is possible and I have had bruises before. This was a black eye and just in time for a funeral! I have called multiple times since January, and left my name and number asking for someone to call me back. No call back. I even tried to get an appointment for the botox parties because the nurses do the parties. No call back. Im over it. Here I am writing this review. I believe Dr Rojas dilutes the Botox too much. His nurses are great, especially Nurse Karen. But watch out for who does your injections, you may not be getting what you pay for. Do not waste your time at this office. Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE experience. 1. I had made an appointment a week prior. not only was i taken in 1 hour late...my consultation lasted exactly 5 MINS with the doctor. 2. the patient coordinator Maria, is disgustingly rude. instead of apologizing about the late appointment, she was showing attitude, not informative about procedures and also gave my app about 5-10 mins of her time. 3. BEWARE PHOTOS NOT ACTUALLY THE DOCTORS: i asked numerous times for photos of procedures the doctor had done and (yes i understand some patients do not allow photos to be shown.) but the office kept insisting i refer back to their instagram to check out the work the doctor has done and they are advert photos or photos of models that do NOT belong to him. (this is copyright infringement) 4. doctor is unable to answer questions about surgery/ procedure. doctor got flustered and practically left app not able to answer medically relevant questions. 5. after calling back after my app to let the office know of my horrible experience they did apologize, i asked them to email me a quote which took about 2 weeks. After which i had to follow up TWICE, just to get a response 6. every time i called after my emailed quote they continuously put me on hold for (15-25 mins at a time) only to tell me they will get back to me later. which they DONT. Update: still have not received an email back from office after ANOTHER followup. Only reason i have even made another attempt to contact this office is because of my friends referral saying he is a good doctor. i beg to differ. this office is incredibly unprofessional for the field they work in, very rude and unethical in its practice. read more

Ok !! I don't know how to start to express myself with the service I had. I did Lipo 360 with bbl in December 2022 unfortunately, I am unhappy with the service. After I did my procedure I brought it up to Dr.Rojas that had a lump on my left buttocks which has become super hard. When I seen Dr. Rojas to fix the issue he put fillers in the butt cheek that had developed the lump but it did not help. I've been calling the office for several months and they say they're going to call me back and they don't. Now Dr. Rojas wants to charge me $9000 again I think that's way to much to fix something that he did. I was originally charged $10,000 for Lipo 360 and bbl. I seen dr. Got a BBL here with Doctor Rojas. My first cosmetic surgery. So as you can imagine I was very scared. His price was very reasonable, and he was very informative and answered all my questions during my first consultation. Got my surgery done on sep 29th and it's now been 6 weeks. I am very happy with my results. My waist is smaller, I know have an hour glass shape. My stomach is flat which was one of the main reasons I wanted to get this procedure done. I used to have that nasty stubborn pouch. And its completely gone now. My butt is visually bigger. I was very precise with him about how I wanted my butt. I wanted something very very normal. Didn't care to look like a Kardashian. The swelling pretty much has all gone for the past week. They did told me at the doctors last time I went whitch was exactly 4 weeks after the surgery that whatever fat left in the butt is pretty much what I'll be left with. Witch I'm fine with. I do have to say I was very scared when the swelling was going down because I thought I would be left with a flat butt again after everything I had just gone through. So first off they canceled my appointment three times because the doctor needed to be in surgery. I later found out this is because he is also a plastic surgeon. That should have been a red flag. So then I finally went to see him. I waited a half an hour past my appointment time. I went into the office and after one blood pressure reading decided to write me a prescription for blood pressure medication. This is not good! Your blood pressure should be read several times the same time of day to make sure you consistently have high blood pressure. Dr. Rojas himself was nice but not a very professional doctor. He told me to lose weight which I agreed with him. But when I told him I take Adderall for ADD he suggested that I double the dosage to help me lose weight. This was not professional at all! You should never be told to increase medication for something it wasn't intended for, going against the directions of the doctor who originally prescribed it. Afterwards he left, to go to surgery (of course). But I assumed he would write the prescription. I had my blood drawn and then I went to pay. They told me the Doctor had not written any prescription and wouldn't be out of surgery till later. Though they offered me diet pills if I wanted to purchase them. That's what you get when you see a doctor whose focus is a plastic surgery not general health. I paid which was a clumsy process and the two people working were incredibly disorganized. I came back a second time to get my blood results already intending to switch doctors. I waited another 45 minutes. Once I saw the doctor he said the results were inconclusive and wanted to do another blood test to check something different. Why did he not check them both in one test instead of try to charge me again for a new blood test? They also told me they could not check for HIV which I wanted to do anyway and now know that is untrue. I told them I didn't want another blood test. So I went to pay. They told me they think I was overcharged last time because they didn't think my deductible had been paid off. So told me I didn't need to worry about it. I switched to a different doctor who I like much better. But of course I get a bill from Dr. Rojas in the mail for my copay. I was like whatever and tried to pay over the phone. It took me three days of being transferred around to finally get someone who could allow me to pay the bill. Then I asked if they could check into whether they actually owed me for overpaying last time. They didn't know how to check into that. So I just payed my money hoping to never hear from them again. This place is super unorganized with doctors who I feel are just practicing general health to make money in between plastic surgeries. If you want a practice that cares and knows how to handle patients, go somewhere else! read more

This was MY experience at this facility, and I thought I'd share. I am overall happy with the outcome. My surgery was performed 3-4 months ago, and I got Lipo 360 with Fat transfer to the buttocks. I did my homework before my surgery and was very aware everyone's recovery is different. Mine was horrible!! My pain tolerance so I thought was okay being I've gone through two natural labors (no pain medicine) in the past. One thing I was not so clear about and did not like about this facility was the "anesthetic" part. They offer three different types: 1. Complete sleep which is $1,000 more because it's done through an anesthesiologist 2. It's through your IV your more asleep but could be conscious and it's $500 3. Lastly, the same through the IV but are more conscious and sleepy (free of charge). The day of my surgery came and was told: "if I keep moving through the surgery, they'll be forced to go give me more anesthesia (#2) and the additional $500 will be charged upon my discharge." I WAS given more anesthesia during surgery because it HURT and I was not so conscious. If I would've known I would have paid $1,000 more! The nurse that prepped me was nonchalant and just made me more nervous. I remember bits and pieces of the surgery, almost as if I was dreaming yet again in pain. During my discharge, I awakened alone with only one nurse. She advised me my husband was waiting for me and was wheelchaired out. I did not see a doctor and felt it was a FAST discharge. I have NOT explained anything and my husband was handed a bag with pain medicine and post-op instructions. Again, I felt the nurse was just nonchalant with no sympathy for the discomfort, pain, and disorientation state I was in. Once home and the anesthesia was gone my pain was horrible nothing I'd ever felt before. I was given Tramal with a small dosage which only made me dizzy and caused me so much nausea and would end up vomiting. I had to stop these after one day. The doctor did call me late in the evening to check on me. My first massage was performed at this facility for $150. I was told to return in 10 days for my stitches to be removed which I did. The doctor saw me with my clothes on and just asked If I was okay and had any questions. He was in and out. One of the nurse assistants removed my stitches and I never went back for my 1-month post-op. It's been about 4 months now and I have not received a call from them either. Overall, I'm happy with my results and no complications but wished the facility had more sympathy day of surgery. read more

AMAZING WORK! So this is the second time I have work done there. From the friendly girl ELI at the front to the doctor him self Dr. Rojas treats you like family. Really showed interest in my situation and made me feel hopeful that it would get fixed. 15 years ago he was able to remove a keloid from my ear that left nothing but a small scar behind. Another similar issue happened on my head this time and once again made me look beautiful again. I had a cosmetic procedure in July of 2015 and Jan 2016 he just has NO patient bedside manners!!! he will not listen to your needs or give you the time needed. He will see you in the exam room with the door open!!! He is not able to perform even lipo even though I did point it out he still did not correct it!! The doctors wife Grace is the only one who is professional and she will take her time and talk to you in a personal way. The rest of the office is unorganized. I went there originally for botox and filler. The botox worked great but I wasnt that happy with the filler result so I went back and paid more to get a more symetrical result. Dr rojas tells me that I shouldn't expect symetry ...and that just threw me so that told me I should find a doctor with an artists eye. So I never got filler from him again. I mean this is my face . Any woman going to do this will expect symetry thats why they get filler. I went back recently to get botox something simple, it should last 4 months but I was back in the office after 1 month and I paid $350 for 30 units the month before. I told them that I was there last month and had 30 units and very little result, the doctor agrees to give me 10 units free but not without allot of greif and then he says I should not expect results with his treatments!
