I began visiting Dr. Ray a little over 4 years ago, and I've always found him and his staff to be welcoming and professional. I especially appreciate that Dr. Ray is not only knowledgeable but also personable, making every visit comfortable. I also tried his Vitamin C serum with hyaluronic acid for anti-aging. Normally, I just use a moisturizing lotion with a vitamin E oil blend, but this serum added a nice glow and extra moisture to my skin. While I strive to nourish my body to reflect positive results in my skin, my face skin type leans towards being identified as normal, and while I usually avoid products with fragrance, this serum did contain some, but it didn't irritate my skin. I also liked how it worked well with my makeup routine. I've attached a photo without makeup or filters, to demonstrate the hydration and flow my skin reflects with Dr. Ray's Vitamin C serum with hyaluronic acid alone. Horrible! After a treatment what was suppose to tighten your face I noticed nothing when I looked in mirror same old face but I had signed up for some other procedures because they told me about the Special if I signed that day, also no written statement was given. Do the next day I realized I better call my doctor to see if this is ok because I had a mole on face that seemed to be irradiated and some bleeding. She told me no to see a dermatologist! Well long story short it's been a month trying to get money back which I put on care credit !!!!! They even had me summit a doctors note and I did but then never returned my calls ect so don't ever sign anything, I'm still fighting it and eventually will take to court if I have to but for now Care credit is helping Beware of this place ! Love their location in Hawthorne! I've been to the Beverly Hills location too but I love how easily accessible the Hawthorne one is. I love my results (got some chin Botox for my chin dimples) and I saw an improvement very quickly. The doctor is always such a fun and great vibe! I've been coming to Dr. Raymond Sedgh in the South Bay location since summer of 2022. I've never once had a bad experience with him, nor did I ever see watered down product or lack of results as mentioned in some reviews. I'd say my experience has been the opposite. He's never tried to upsell me to add units (although he did ask "Is there anything else I can do for you today?" - I was struggling with my energy level - so I said "Yup. Energy!" and he gave me a B12 shot). There was a time that one area on my forehead just didn't fully take (it's happened many times over the years) - he fixed it immediately, no questions asked. His staff followed up with me about 10 days after to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor. The SB location is not on the most aesthetic street - but the inside feels like you stepped into a wonderful, calming yet energetic space that makes you feel good. I appreciate that he's not in Manhattan/Hermosa so we can benefit from a great price on Botox/Dysport/fillers/procedures, but he's close enough that it's a 10 minute drive. I was very nervous since it was my first time getting filler, and I am afraid of needles. I came in for one syringe of filler and ended up going in 2 weeks later for a second syringe and a lip flip. I've been going to this medical spa since August of last year. I'm currently getting a full body laser treatments from them and I couldn't be happier with the nurse Stephanie. She makes sure I'm comfortable before starting our session and constantly asks me to make sure I'm okay and not experiencing any pain. She also makes sure she asks me if there are any areas I would like her to focus on more. They have a special laser machine that is very quick and pain free. The entire body takes less than 20-25 mins to complete and I've seen some amazing results so far from all the treatments I've had. Can't wait to try their other treatments they offer. I'm persian myself and I truly hate other Persians lying and doing unethical work. We take an oath of ethics in medicine to treat people ethically and I hate (more like DESPISE) people who ruin it for other good Persians that exist out there. The Doctor tried to pull it off as the Allergan Rep had told him to mix his botox with 2.5 cc? What bull zhit universe this man comes from is beyond me to say that the Rep of the company wants him to use less of the product and that's why he is doing it!!! Stick your lies where sun dont shine. Im a certified Botox and filler Registered nurse myself. He also mixes his eye fillers for under the eyes too!! Oh my God this man should be reported for malpractice!!! ============ As a Registered nurse I have to warn you they dilute their botox. Botox should be diluted one to one ratio. for a 100 unit bottle, they titrate with 2.5 cc normal saline when they should titrate with 1 ml. Buyer be aware. Some of these reviews are also bogus!!
