Came in today last minute no appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for a 13:30 appointment for a brand new set of Dip nails and pedicure. ! The staff was so friendly over the phone and in person. They did not try to sell me additional services or upcharge me for Dip. I'm not a fan of acrylic, my skin doesn't seem to like it to much and the Dip is always what I'm looking for, and their nail technicians knew exactly what I was talking about. ! The products are clean and sanitized, they clean their work stations after each customer and make sure everyone is comfortable. Some places can get busy and stuffy but they had the perfect ventilation , the temperature was perfect, everyone was set apart and everyone kept it cool. This was my first time trying this place out because my go to location is closed on Sundays but I think I might keep coming here. Parking is a plus, they have street parking and a parking lot as well., the restrooms are clean and well kept. It's so accessible to customers with disabilities with the on ramp at the front. I'm not sure if they have wifi, I didn't ask, the conversations were better ! They didn't try and get a lot of conversations from you, like some places do, they were polite and cordial. read more

I went to lotus nails and I payed for a spa pedicure and I watched every move she made also I asked for extra callus remover And she never put it on so I asked if she put it on and she said she sis but she did not !! This nail place is very shady if you don't watch !! I live a block away and thats always been my go to spot ! But I will never go to that place again after about 10-12 years sad but I refuse to go there ever again !!! Very over priced!!!!!! Also the products they use are very cheap!! read more

I came in for a removal of my gel-x nails and expected a soak off. I'm not sure if they were in a rush or cheap but one of the workers, a man, ended up just peeling and chipping my gel nails off without any acetone. It ripped off my nail length and ruined my nail bed. At the end he sloppily put acetone on the final 2 nails for 5 minutes then peeled them off even more... disrespectful and I refused before he could complete the left hand. read more

After a few times of trying this place, I tried to like this salon as it was decent priced and close to home. What started off as a pretty decent experience turned very unwelcoming. They're usually pretty good with taking walk ins. I was told to come in at a certain time by Diane as it was busy. It just happened to be busier than usual that day. It wasn't until it seemed like Danny was talking down on the fact that I chose to wait and still come in despite being told of a certain time to come in. Luckily Diane and the other ladies were nice enough to not rush and be nice to finish for me which I showed appreciation for and again was mocked for it by Danny. I've also had other incidences where he seemed to have an issue with trying to schedule with another person because I've had multiple times where he's peeled off my nails rather than soaking, which ruined my natural nails. He was way too rough on trying to fix one at a prior appt. It was clear I was very uncomfortable or stated what he was doing hurt. He's even electric drilled file my nails which I've never seen before because he was in such a rush. Giving 2 stars because of how patient the rest of the women are, so if you don't want your nails ruined/ripped off please ask for them. read more

He only goes to the nail salon once a year so she was patient and didn't make him feel bad for her having to work so hard. I was so happy that he felt good and loved it. Found out about this place when my mom wanted me to drive her to the nearest nail salon since she wanted a mani/pedi. Called ahead (but I was basically a walk-in) and they managed to squeeze us in their schedule. I wish I got their names but the people here are very attentive and really take their time when it comes to doing our nails. Came here to get a quick pedicure. The store is manned by 3 people so I would recommend coming in if you have a little bit more time. Nonetheless, I am very happy with how my pedicure went. Nails came out beautiful, priced at an affordable rate. My only critique is that the water bath for my feet was steaming hot and I was left unattended because it was busy. I've been coming here for 10-12 years and I'm never disappointed. My mom and grandma introduced to me to this spot and I grew up with them. They are so clean, attentive and really want to give their best work each time. Danny does a phenomenal job on my full sets no matter what I try to get him to do! Lol Diane and the newer nail tech are amazing with pedicures as well. I highly recommend them to everyone! Their environment feels like walking into an old friends house. I get pretty picky about my nail salons. I like that this place is clean, and small. The manicures last longer than normal and they use OPI, and Orly products. They let you pay tip on credit card too if you wish. The lady who waxed my eyebrows did great! She waxed and plucked them away to perfection - no stray hairs (pet peeve of mine). The pedicures are nice and relaxing, and their chairs are clean. No pressure for designs. They ask, but don't care whether you do or don't. I recently got "white tips" (the fake nails) and they looked pretty good too. Every time I go here they wave from the window as I approach the door. I think that is so adorable! The prices are competitive with neighboring nail salons, but definitely cheaper than nasty and dirty Charmer's nails (on Foothill in Glendora). read more

I had only had them on for about 3 days and they are already cracking underneath the gel top coat and chipping off. It went from a 5 star to a 1 star real quick. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years. I go every two weeks and prefer to get gel on my nails and toes. I prefer Diane do both my pedicures and manicures. She's very meticulous and does an amazing job with cutting my cuticles. Prices are very reasonable and I love the way she takes her time and doesn't rush. The manicure was okay, I still had cuticle skin left on my nails but my nails did look a lot better. My pedicure was okay. My heels & toes are still rough, they never asked for a callus treatment on me. So I'm not sure if that's even an option here, so my feet look nice but they are still rough.
