I called days ahead of time and made an appt for gel x mani and gel pedi for June 6, 2026. Sadly I didn't get the names of the people who worked on me. But none the less they were amazing. I loved my experience from start to finish. It didn't take hours to get done. And there were no flaws in the work done for me. Great conversations. Laughs. And beautiful work done. Love my Gel X. Love my gel pedicure. They truly made me want to come back for a possible fill for my gel x in future since I don't really get my nails done. I mostly just get a pedicure. But my experience was top notch that I am highly considering it lol Love this place. I recommend it to everyone. read more

I came here because of the great reviews, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My pedicure didn't feel professionally finished, the cuticle work was very minimal, and the technician seemed unsure throughout the service. I usually get regular gel polish but wanted something different after seeing the inspo photo. The nails I got were uneven and bumpy and looked nothing like the photo I requested. Polish was left on my fingers, nails were put on crooked, and what polish they got on my skin should have been on the sides of the nails. I loved the options they had for a gel pedicure and the lady I had was really nice. I like sparkly nail polish and they had many options for that. It wasn't too packed for a Friday which I was glad about because they were able to fit me in. Price I feel was pretty fair $42 for a gel pedicure and you get to have the foot scrub and lotion without having to pay extra. They also took off my previous nail polish which wasn't extra either it was apart of the pedicure. If you get removal only I believe there is a charge. read more

I have to update my review, Im so bummed out! I really wanted to love this place because the owner (husband) is super funny and great. I came in yesterday and got the worst, most painful pedicure experience I've ever had. I came in the morning, my toe bleed for about 6 hours after I got home. I was woken up at 3am throbbing and bleeding again. I can't wear shoes and it's hot and swollen. Today's just the second day! I've cleaned it and applied Neosporin. I'm hoping it helps. I don't want to have to go to the Dr for this. I didn't have an ingrown and she didn't clip it with the cutters I think she just stabbed and completely separated my nail from my toe on the left side with that rounded (not sharp) cuticle pusher? Whatever happened I'm in a lot of pain, paid over $100 for a dip and a pedicure to just be in pain for however long this is going to last, also the old nail polish is still on the sides and it was a darker color so not only is it swollen and painful, it looks dirty on each toe because the corners are still hanging on to the old polish. read more

Driving around town I come across this place. I'm always looking for new businesses just cuz I want them to succeed. If they offer great service and do what they need to, to make the guest feel welcome, I'm all for it. Shout it from the rooftops and let everyone know hey go check them out. Well, they met all my expectations. Although the walls look a little plane, their work is not. They offer great nail service with many packages to choose from. Also waxing and lashes. They informed me that the lash girl only comes on Tuesdays so you have to book fast. First of all let me tell you, I was kinda surprised to see... girls not of Asian decent doing nails. Since the business is all Asian geared only. Which I'm not against, they do great work. But the two girls that took care of me were not of that background. Which I was like, right on girls, let's see if you're as good as the other girls. And they were. They didn't disappoint. They took care of me and were very sweet and talkative. We joked around, and they invited me to one of their pop ups they are having today 5/3. I walked away a satisfied lady. I do recommend you stop by and check them out and tell your friends about this place. We need good places like this to make it in this forever changing world. We need businesses to succeed, and stop having just empty lots everywhere. So come on down and get your nails did or ur waxing done or them lashes. read more

Sent out a request on Yelp at 3:30 pm on a Friday and My Nail Fairy answered right away and was able to get me an appointment within 30 mins. I live in Upland, but the short drive ended up being worth it! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but Amy asked me a few questions and we decided to do gel x. Both Amy and John who did my gel pedicure, were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job! I felt at ease, not pressured to add anything on nor was I upcharged for anything. They were both efficient, but took their time, and both my gel x and gel pedicure were completed within 1 hour, but i never felt rushed and there was a lot of attention to detail. When I went to pay, I was pleasantly surprised that I was given a 20% discount and a small gift! I will definitely be back and will highly recommend to friends and family. read more

Amy was so rude. Pushing my hand repeatedly telling me to relax. I told her I was tensed up because she hurt me with the file. No apology. Acted like she didn't want to do my nails, like I was bothering her. I spent $149 for mine and my daughters fills and mine are ugly. They just lost 2 customers. I should have known when I said hi she didn't respond that she didn't want to do my nails. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. I will be going back because customer service is very important to me. She definitely makes you feel welcome and treats you as if she were your friend. Thank you, Beata! It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. From the outside, the space looks small so it can be easily overlooked but once you go in then you'll be amazed at how big and spacious the shop is! The other salons in the area are much smaller and crammed in like sardines so it was refreshing to be able to breathe the clean air without the nail smell. The salon was very clean and the techs used brand new and sealed tools so they actually care about keeping things sanitized. Both of my technicians were very professional and took their time to make sure I was being taken care of and happy with my service. I appreciate that they take their time and make sure that I am pleased with their work. My nails and toes came out wonderful! I went in for the firs time and I am impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the wide open space. Other salons that I have been too have always been cramped and dirty but not here which is a good surprise. The music selection was nice and the techs were all so nice and patient.
