My partner liked the rueben, but thought it could use a little more sauerkraut. The Guinness was fresh and nicely poured. All told, this was a good experience. we ordered an $80 cookie gift on 12/02/2025. it was sent as a condolence gift to a family member…read more350 miles away. 12/05/2025 the cookies were delivered to me, not where i was sure i sent them. on 12/06/2025 i sent an email to apple cookie. on 12/08/2025 at roughly 4pm we had no reply. so we called. they said the order came thru with our address, but sometimes it gets reversed or switched at checkout. they don't know why. they said i sould haved looked at my e-mail confirmation. we didn't. so they offer us 20% off a new order or they would send me a shipping label for $15. so now they're $95 cookies and a week late. evidently they have a different definition customer service.
