Wow amazingly good. Home fries, loaded with veggies and great seasoning. Veggie omelette was packed and really good too. Prices are reasonable, and service was good and friendly. We came here for a friend's bachelorette pre-celebration so a bit out of my usual way, but I would definitely try it again and would recommend it to others. If you area and need breakfast please try it!! Lunch looks good too.

American Patriots! Not only the best diner I've ever visited, these guys are true Americans. The restaurant is adorned with flags and eagles and patriotic themed. Touted as in the top 5 in America. It was busy as expected and they have coffee and a heated tent outside to wait in.. it's worth the wait.. Eat there.

I went to David's for the first time with my friend who frequents the diner. She told me ahead of time that the portions are hearty and the sausage is homemade. They had a decently sized breakfast menu with plenty of side options to add on if you'd like. I definitely want to try some of their pancakes the next time I'm over there. Our server notified us of the morning special which consisted of one piece of French toast, 2 eggs your way, and either sausage or bacon. Hmmm, decisions decisions... I went with the veggie omelette and added on a side of sausage. The diner is small but cozy. Our server was quick and friendly. All of the servers stayed on top of my coffee cup, ready to pour at the sight of it only being half full. Our food arrived and I simply didn't know where to start. My omelette came with home fries and FOUR pieces of toast. I was full but definitely wanted to keep eating as everything was really tasty.

This place was great. Kind, nice people working. Fast service and great food. I stopped by when visiting Pittsburgh. I had the ray rays trash plate. Eggs, bacon and home fried smothered in chili. It was wonderful. Potatoes cooked perfect with a little crispness. Eggs and bacon perfectly cooked. The chili was good. Not what I expected but very good. Try it!!?

Great little friendly place with wonderful staff. Had the country fried steaks and egg. The homemade gravy with those chunks of sausages were awesome. Located along the river with a nice scenic drive to get here.

The outdoor patio is truly special year-round--whether it's a beautiful summer evening or a chilly winter night, the fireplace tables and cozy outdoor furniture create the perfect atmosphere. The food was exceptional as always. I ordered the chicken parmesan topped with fresh mozzarella, and it was absolutely delicious. We also added a crab cake, which was flavorful and perfectly prepared. My husband's steak was cooked exactly as ordered and seasoned to perfection. Even though we were full, we decided to splurge on dessert, and it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. What keeps us returning is the consistency. The food, service, and overall experience are always top-notch. It's rare to find a restaurant that maintains this level of quality visit after visit. As always, this is a staple for my first stop while home visiting. The parking was rough and I sure hope something gets figured out but if I have to drive around for 20 min until someone moves, I'll do it! Especially for what's inside. I picked up 2 cold brews for my bff, banana pudding for my pops and for me a cookie butter pudding (I think) for myself. To top it off I picked up a banana smores iced latte. No wonder this place is a diamond in the rough. I have never and I mean never had anything bad here. The menu lists breakfast foods (e.g., pancakes, toasts, and sandwiches) and lunch foods (e.g., salads, sandwiches, and bowls). Baked goods, coffees, teas, and refreshers are also available. Customers may dine in, get takeout, order catering for outside events, or rent the greenhouse for special events. My husband and I ate one breakfast here. We placed our order at a counter, paid upfront, and then were given our drink and a number to take to a table of our choosing. The weather on that day was very rainy, so we sat inside the greenhouse rather than outside, and the employees carried our foods over in containers with lids. Here are my ratings for what we ate: Peach Berry Stuffed French Toast - 4.5 stars - This was a weekend special. Challah French toast was stuffed with lemon mascarpone, peaches, and mixed-berry compote. It had a large serving size and a nice mixture of sweet and sour flavors. Bloom Salad - 4.5 stars - This salad contained mixed greens, sliced apple, dried cherries, candied pecans, gorgonzola, red onion, and maple balsamic dressing. Blue cheese is not my favorite, but I enjoyed the freshness and flavors of the other ingredients. Breakfast Egg Sandwich Croissant - 4.5 stars - This sandwich consisted of a croissant filled with two eggs, cheese, and three strips of crispy bacon. On the side was a basic salad with dressing. My husband did not like how the salad dressing got on his sandwich. Chai Latte - 4.5 stars - This Rishi Masala chai concentrate with steamed milk tasted very good. The total price for these three foods and one drink was $49 plus a tip. Afterward, we explored the market and gardening center. Available for purchase were jewelry, flower pots, many types of indoor and outdoor plants, and much more. Two employees kindly offered me assistance with the plants. I loved seeing the exterior of a hobbit house, although it was too short for me to go inside. Please note that this business will hold a Tolkien-inspired Hobbit Fest on September 12, 2026.
