She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. The new ownership came to scope out our request for re-organization and gave a pretty heavy quote. Figuring that these are experts in reorganization, we pursued. The quote was for a maximum of 8 hours for two people. They went way over on hours and it was clear they didn't know exactly what they were doing. It seemed that they took care of the low hanging fruit and at the end of the day had a pile of items that they did not have a plan for. We expressed our concerns and the owner came back (free of charge), but still did not listen to our needs. They are still unorganized areas that we are taking care of ourselves and areas that were never addressed. For the price charged, it is hard to stomach given the level of expertise provided.
