This treatment was on 9/4/2025. I called back on 9/16 about killing my grass and never heard a response. I called again on 9/19 and supposedly talked to a regional manager who said the earliest he could come by was mid morning on 9/22. I waited till 1:00 and never heard from him. I guess he did stop by later that day, but I wasn't there due to another appt Never heard back from him on what he found about the issue. I spoke to 3 people in the office and sent pictures to them on the way my lawn looked and they said they would forward the pictures and someone would be in contact. Once again no one called and it's been 3 weeks. This has been a 2 month ordeal with no response from Nature Scape to resolve the problem. I told the earlier that I need a refund for the last 3 applications which 2 of them haven't been scheduled yet. Terrible customer service and poor results. All my neighbor's yards are green and look good and none of them even treat their yards. ???

Turned off on IL-92 and mad an illegal turn at a light that was clearly marked "No turn on red". The best thing happened though.....a State Trooper caught him.

Them owners wife, at 10:30 AM said my drive and walks would be cleared as the workmen were "coming soon." Apparently not true, as it's now nearly 6:00 PM and no one has shown up. What a lousy way to run a business.
