Different meats have different lines, so if you want several types, you basically have to move from one line to another. That's kind of fun in theory, but when the place is packed, it becomes a lot of waiting. One thing I wasn't a fan of was the tip box being right in front of you while ordering. I noticed some people tipping before they even got their food, and it gave me the impression that maybe people are hoping for bigger portions or extra stuff. The atmosphere can be crowded and chaotic, if you are first timer. The food and the whole concept are definitely interesting, but with the parking, crowds, multiple lines, and long wait, the service experience was below average for me. Worth trying once if you want to experience the different meats. It's just my opinion, I will suggest separate the guacamole from the tacos, some people put everything but I feel soggy and messy. My suggestion just cilantro and onions and everything on side but again they didn't give me the guacamole on side. I don't know about you, but if there was a customer problem with spoiled food I would have reached out ASAP to make sure I got it right. Sadly that did not happen. As someone who has been in the food service industry, I know how critical it is to take care of something that went wrong, ESPECIALLY if it involves spoiled food! In this case I felt discounted, uncared for, and that my business (and well being) really didn't matter at all. The people behind the counter were gracious, but the lack of follow through on the part of management is something that really sticks in my craw. Bottom line?
