I ordered mine without salt because the pretzels are coated in more than my DV in butter (haha). Priced at under $10, but they give you a lot, so much so that it took me all day to finish the whole bag. I received decent service, the cashier was amicable. And both of them were delicious. I think it was the pretzel itself that made me fall in love with Wetzel Pretzel - the pretzel is chewy and perfectly baked. Cashier Juan Carlos gave attitude and his manager Carlos supported his rude actions. Managers should counsel their workers, not support bad behavior. The customer is always right, unless they act like a fool, which I didn't. I was just trying to use my rewards. Juan Carlos was restocking rather than helping customers. There was a little line, about 4 people ahead of us. Usually you'd restock when there are no customers. Both of these individuals should be retrained on visible service, and managerial training. Salty and seductive The smells of such delicious bread rolled with butter. Yay! Choices choices for these specialty rolled dough that is basted with butter and cooked to a golden brown. Pepperoni is a winner always; it's too bad that there's no jalapeños baked with that pepperoni. Take notes Wetzel's new pretzel idea: Pepperoni and Jalapeño. Yes we got the jalapeño pretzel; that one that kept staring at me through that glass. A few original pretzels and cheese sauce were in order of course for the twins. To satiate our thirst after all that salt and pretzel pleasure a Lemonade was in order. It gets better too the lemonade has strawberries mixed inside . As the cashier made that lemonade I needed to have it in my hand so I could quench my thirst immediately. The strawberry lemonade had a wonderful pink hue that smelled so sweet. Placing the straw in the cup the liquid lemonade tasted refreshing. It had a proper balance between sour and sweetness. The lemonade did not have that filmy processed taste. It was obviously not natural but it was incredibly refreshing with the perfect strawberry flavor. The wait to order was a little long but the way in which the customers in front of me treated the cashiers was uncalled for. It seems these days that our fellow humans do not care about one another, just themselves in that moment. Break that bubble individuals no matter what their profession should be given the dignity that is deserved. The cashiers handled this degradation flawlessly. The ladies that call this their job had nothing but smiles and gentleness towards all their customers. It's so shocking that individuals act in such a way where they feel they are owed. Wake up respect is earned. The employees here are so marvelous and are rock stars.Continue to provide incredible service and support. Realizing that this pretzel joint is close to my house it is highly touristy and continually busy it's worth your patience. Their is another store at Town Square but it's terrible with poor customer service and pretzels that make better boomerangs! Efficient and professional customer service is a big decision where I frequent. Many wonderful times the money that we spend on the pretzels here is worth a little wait over. The product that is sold here are soft, fresh, and delicious sold with a lovely smile and genuine consistent service. The Pepperoni Pretzel was rolled perfection. It was cooked with just the right amount of crispness. The amount of pepperoni was placed evenly throughout the pretzel. The Jalapeño Pretzel was hot hot. The first bite had that jalapeño explosion in your mouth as you chew it. The cheese sauce tastes excellent paired with it. The cheese mixes with those jalapeños that are baked into the dough adding such zest and full flavor. The original pretzel comes with or without salt. Having low salt issues it was salted curved love today. On the original flavor it needs mustard to deliver that perfect taste. Maybe it goes back to my childhood mustard brings out the best of salted and buttered pretzels. Period. Next time you need to have a little salt in your diet it's pretzel time. Their is no substitute to an amazing pretzel. For some reason the pretzel fills a spot in all of us with true happiness and brings those that you love the most close. After seeing Wetzels Pretzels around so many times, I finally got a chance to try it. Decided on the Wetzels Bites & Pizza Bites. When I got my order I noticed that I got a regular pretzel not the bites, then checked my receipt & I was charged for the bites as well. I didn't want to go back as it was pretty much the same thing, but it was about a $2 difference. Pretzels were good & warm. However pricing seemed high, it was about $15 for the 2 bites. I was thoroughly disgusted by the pretzel that I received from this store. For starters, I felt like the person who helped me had given me the most stale pretzel they had. She dug it out from this dismay, out from under the pile of already made pretzels. Being that it was on the bottom it made me feel like it was the oldest of the bunch. On top of that, when I'd asked for them to add almonds, all I got was a ton of pathetic almond dust. I didn't think I got any actual almond pieces. Disappointing!!! And I paid for that topping?!?! Ugh!!! I asked for caramel dip. It was cold. When I asked for another because the one I received wasn't warm, I was told two things. For one, I was told that because I'd touched the UNOPENED cup of caramel dip that I couldn't exchange it. Then I was told,secondly, that they were all the same temperature. Hmmm which was it??? Either way I was not pleased. I'd also purchased a pretzel dog. It was ok-ish, but stale again. Seeing as how accommodating they were with the caramel dip there was no way that I was going to ask to have my stale and hard pretzel exchanged or re-done with almonds and not just almond dust, or have the dog exchanged. Been going to Wetzel's Pretzels for some time now and I really like their food. Quality is much better than that of other pretzel places at this outlet. My favorite is their almond bitz with their sweet glaze dip on the side. As far as drinks go, I usually get the kiwi strawberry granita. Prices for this place is a little much for pretzels though, but I know that's driven by its location and having more tourists than locals. I like that they have a stamp card here so that you can get a free pretzel after purchasing a certain amount. It's a good little reward for those who work at the mall as it gives them incentives to go here instead of other eateries at the food court. I would definitely recommend this place over its competitions as they also have very nice employees. They're always so friendly! read more

I think it pairs really well with the sweet glaze dip but it costs you extra $1.19 for each dip. This Wetzel pretzel is actually the most visited food establishment in the outlet for me. Since I work there, it is a great place to grab a fast lunch and go. They recently opened a freestanding one right next to Tommy and the line goes much faster over there. I typically get the pizza bites with jalapeño cheese. Imagine the regular pretzel bites but with a pepperoni twist! If I'm feeling sweet I also get the almond crunch bites. What's great about their sweet selection is that they prepare it right there in front of you as your order so you know you're getting good quality food. Minimum 5 dollars for credit card. Their prices tend to get cheap when buying with the employee mall discount so this gets really annoying if you don't carry cash. If you are a mall employee their discount for food and soda is much better than all the other food resto's in the mall. * this review is strictly for the freestanding one.
