It is a order and walk around/sit outside store. There are no tables inside. They have a lot of options and my favorite is always just classic bites or a regular salted pretzel. They are the best! I needed a quick bite after working all morning and headed to auntie Anne's! Honestly I LOVE the pretzels here! I always get the pretzel bites, and this time the pretzels were right out of the oven super warm and fluffy! The one thing I am not a fan of is the cheese. Great location. Good service. took extra long to make my pretzel, but gave me a free coupon for waiting. Very considerate and understanding. It can be a bit windy outside the restaurant, but it's nice they have seating. The pretzels are delicious but also kind of pricey. It's just not as good as Pretzel Maker. Everytime I go it's hit or miss with are my pretzels hot or room temp. I like my Pretzels hot like they were just baked not sitting under heat lamp for way to long. I also don't like that my cheese isn't hot. They just hand you cheese that was sitting under the counter like a sauce packet and I'm more about that hot nacho cheese coming out of a machine. Since there's no pretzel places close its your best option. It's a good snack if your wandering the outlets but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. read more

This is a neat little pretzel shop. In addition to what you would expect, they have pretzel dogs and even a pepperoni pretzel. Sauce lovers will rejoice, as they offer seven different varieties for your dipping pleasure. Above all, their friendliness and customer service are above reproach. If you're a pretzel fan like I am, one of your first questions will be: how does this place compare to the Pretzelmaker? Frankly, Auntie Anne's does not measure up. Why not? It has to do with their baking process. Where the Pretzelmaker consistently produces a golden, "just right" finish, AA seems to be a bit overcooked. Not quite burnt, but definitely too done in my opinion. This is the main reason for my 3-star rating. While Auntie Anne's may not be the best pretzel around, it *is* the best pretzel around the Traverse Mountain Outlets. ;) read more
