More than 72 hours from my first voicemail message requesting a callback; no one has returned my calls. It's extremely obvious that nobody in the Skyline organization cares about their customers.

It almost reminds me of the Soviet Union era stores you see in movies. Things are laid out orderly but there is no personality in the store.
