Parking off street. Also a couple up front.

Okay I was out for a drive and was getting hungry so did a quick search for burgers near me as I didn't want a big meal just to relax and eat something yummy. Well I found it here. The burgers were freaking perfect. I mean I seriously could see myself coming back often to get them. And the Carmel milkshake was oh so tasty. I could not have been happier. The service was wonderful and the young lady that took my order was more than honest. I will say next time I will not order 4 burgers as they are not White Castle sized. The place was clean and I loved the outdoor seating area. Parking was good as well. I will be back and I already recommended it to my son as he drive by here a lot.

Delicious! I heard this place was known for their dole whip, so that's what I tried. Scrumptious. Pineapple and vanilla twist with fresh pineapple juice poured over it. They also have a menu of different food and ice cream treats. The atmosphere is also very enjoyable with a great old-timey classic playlist that you want to slow dance too and soft yellow lights. I definitely think this place will become a new fav. Give it a try! And if you like pineapple, don't miss out on the pineapple float! Sooo yummy!

As a relative newcomer to the area, seasonal ice cream stands still delight me. The reason why I like Sweden Creme the best is because they have secret Disney ice creams. That's right, I said it, secret Disney ice creams. For all of you other Disney fanatics out there, Sweden Creme has the Dole Pineapple Whip. It's a heavenly concoction of pineapple goodness that I've only ever seen at the Disney parks and in Hawaii. It tasted exactly the same, like childhood happiness and the tropics. They also have the Disney Kitchen Sink (which I will try one day but I need a group since it feeds multiple people). Every other ice cream I've tried here has been awesome. Sweden Creme is dog friendly oftentimes offering doggie treats, they play happy music and the stand is painted in happy colors. Notice the word "happy," being thrown around a lot. I can't imagine being anything but happy at this ice cream stand and the staff does an excellent job in creating that mood. When you come here (and you really need to) you will feel like you're in a little bubble of goodness. Highly recommend you hang out here one evening, it's magical.

The small size cone is so big!

Pineapple Dole Whip! Enough said, except yelp will not let a review be that short. Very generous sizes, a few benches and tables to sit at outside. Did I mention the Dole Whip? Amazing.

    Gotta try it! !

It's a hole in the wall in Hamilton, well established, heirs to the Dixie burger. Good soft serve.

They are located on the back side of the Bridgewater Falls shopping area. Inside is modern and minimalist, but clean and welcoming. Menu in chalk on the walls, plenty of seating inside, I don't believe there are any seats outside, or maybe just the time of year being cold. The girl behind the counter was very nice and made my drink perfectly. I got their standard milk tea with black teas as the base and with boba of course. The tea itself was sweet, not overly sweet though and the boba's were excellent. Soft, sweet with a hint of honey. The Boba can make or break a boba shop. Living in Los Angeles, there are so many places to choose from, but not all are good, sometimes the boba is off. Milk Jar does the drink perfect as well as the Boba, so I was really happy to find a great spot in Ohio to get boba whenever I come to visit Family. I would recommend you trying them out for their drinks and boba. They also have rolled ice cream and shaved ice, both of which I did not try but looked very good. Enjoy!

They have a great variety of drinks, rolled ice cream, and cereal bowls to choose from. They do offer samples of their teas for you to try. That was nice and it really helped make the decision what to get. The price of the drinks were comparable to other places. The drinks we ordered tasted really good and refreshing. We didn't care for their joke of the day when we were in there. Overall, it's a good place to get boba tea and other refreshing tea or fruit drinks. Maybe one day we will try their rolled ice cream....it sounded good.

There's quite a bit you know about me if you've followed my reviews for any length of time. This likely includes my long friendship with fellow Yelp Elites Rick G. and Holly G. - in fact, I performed their wedding ceremony! The three of us have actually collaborated on quite a few projects over the years, either due to Rick's music and comedy or because of my long history of activism and charity work. Frequently, our collaborations combine Rick and Holly's creativity with my activist spirit. For a couple years, Rick and Holly owned a shop in Metamora called Mosaic Learn & Play - I, in turn, owned a small charity bookstore within the walls of Mosaic. While I never spent nearly as much time in Metamora as did Rick and Holly, I spent my fair share of time there and grew to appreciate the picturesque, friendly town. Rick and Holly's wedding was even in Metamora! As is true of most historic towns, accessibility can definitely be an issue in Metamora. Truthfully, I'd say there's more that's not accessible than there actually is accessible in the town. Grannies is most certainly not perfect, a step greeting you at the front door and a crowded shop making even the most experienced wheelchair user more than a little paranoid. It's possible, I've been to Grannies more than once, but it's definitely a shop where I take my time wheeling and I am super careful everywhere I turn. Grannies, first of all, is an official world record holder. Granny owns over 2600 cookie jars - and I believe they're all actually here in this shop. She's held the record since 2012, as I recall. Grannies is, of course, an ice cream shop. Granny even makes all of her waffle cones by hand. Each one has a Hershey kiss at the bottom. She puts a whole lot of love in her waffle cones. The ice cream is pretty incredible, too. She has quite a few flavors and they're at reasonable prices for pretty darn amazing servings. Grannies is open 7 days a week throughout the year. While I can't say I'd drive all the way to Metamora for her ice cream, if I am in the Metamora there's no way I'm leaving without stopping at Grannies. Metamora is a beautiful little canal town. It has definitely been impacted by the pandemic, but the people are also hanging in there. I'm not quite going to say that time stands still here, but it's sure not a place you go to speed up. Metamora is a surprisingly easy drive from Indy and the entire Franklin County area could easily be a relaxing, fairly isolated day trip with Brookville also nearby as the seat of the county. There are even a couple places you can stay in Metamora, though they aren't particularly strong with access and you'd probably want to go to Brookville if that's needed. If you get a chance, head south to Metamora and be sure to stop in at Grannies for some ice cream and definitely check out those cookie jars!
