I enjoy Auntie Anne's Pretzels, which offers savory & sweet pretzels, dip sticks, pretzel dogs, and iced cold drinks. I enjoy watching them make handmade pretzels using fresh dough. My favorite snacks are the Almond and Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels, which come out nice and hot and enjoy with a large iced cold lemonade! Very good! read more

Auntie Anne's 8/26 was the worst experience of my life. I will never return. I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel- seems like a high turnover item right? 5-10 minutes they said, I'm a patient man, so I said ok no problem I can wait. The man at the register then asked if perhaps I'd like to pay now. "Sure" I said. I coughed up 3.70 and went to go sit at a nearby couch. 5 minutes pass, nothing. 10, nothing. 15 minutes later I get up and make eye contact with the employee at the register to which he responds, I shit you not, "Are you sure you're not going to order something?" In my mind I'm thinking "YOU JUST TOOK MY NAME AND MONEY 15 MINUTES AGO". Nonetheless I kept calm and replied stating that I did, in fact order something. He says I didn't order anything. When I respond that I am 100 percent sure I did, he asks for a receipt. "Ok, sure," as I reach into the pocket of my shorts and grab nothing. I was so sure I paid for it- I had a 20 before this, now 16.30. All signs pointed to yes, and then it hit me. I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE A RECEIPT! So I audibly groan as the last working in the back patronizingly asks me to sit down while they work on my order. Sorry, but I've been waiting 20 minutes for one of your most popular items. Finally, after waiting ages, the third employee, the only one with any competence at all says "OOOHHHH Nate? Yeah we threw away your receipt, sorry your order will be here soon. Another 5 minutes and I am, finally, eating my pretzel- which was delicious. read more

Let's be straight up honest here. Pretzels are amazing. The pretzels here at Auntie Ann's ( I can't speak for any other location other than the inside of the Pheasant Lane Mall because I've never been to another one before) are always fresh. The staff is very pleasant (and attractive :-D ) and always have great suggestions. I would give them five stars but they don't have a pretzel "pre-loaded" with cheese haha! Bingo! Auntie Anne's is normally a great snack stop for us! However this location was not. This past Sunday we had gone shopping at the outlets as I'm sure you have guessed! We are from out of state so for us its really fun to get away and hang in NH for part of our weekend. Plus it was on our way back from Boston! So it made perfect sense to stop at the outlets. So around 11:00am or so we end up here wanting a snack. To our surprise we found Auntie Anne's! They are in just about every mall that we visit. Normally its a pretty consistent visit for us. I mean lets get real all they serve are pretzels and drinks! So we know what we are buying. However the staff here was far from helpful. In fact they didn't seem like they wanted to help us at all. They seemed more annoyed that we showed up when we where the only people there at this time of the day. We each wanted a Pretzel but they only had one there with no salt. I can't do a lot of salt personally so we ended up only getting one and that wasn't a problem we understood that it was still early for them. But the main issue came when we got our drink. We also ordered a medium Dr. Pepper with no ice and I kid you not that it took all 3 of them to give us our drink. One started to fill it and then they just walked off! Then the 2nd girl came up finished off filling it and then starting talking to each other while the 3rd one topped it off to finally give it to us. Then we stood there looking like morons as we waited for our garlic pretzel. This was also made incorrectly. They just added some powder stuff that didn't even stick to the pretzel. Where at other locations they dab some water on the outside of the pretzel and stick it in face down so that it STICKS to the pretzel. Just sad how such an easy process can be made so hard...I don't understand it I guess. Needless to say we will be returning to the outlets pretty often as its not to much of a hike from Burlington, VT. But we will stay clear of this place. It's just sad to rate this place so low when normally we like this chain. They need to fix their customer service issues and train better staff. The job does not seem overly difficult unless you make it that way. Who knows! /End of rant read more

Horrible costumer service. Didn't seem like anyone wanted too be there and the way the staff was talking to each other was very unprofessional. Got a little aggravated when the lady at the cash register told me she couldn't give me my change back and got a sarcastic remark from a couple other of the employees that worked there. Aunt Anne's Pretzels is located at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua. I was here in October of 2012. I had a delicious pretzel and a diet coke. Yummy! The staff had personality too. It's a pretzel stand. A chain pretzel stand that tries very hard, but somehow just misses the mark. The best pretzels don't require butter (or butter flavored oil) to hold the salt on. I was a frequent customer to this location until last year when waiting for a pretzel took between 10 - 15 minutes IF they remembered you even ordered & payed for one. On this last visit one employee assumed I wanted their nugget pretzels & seemed offended that I didn't. The cashier finally had me pay after repeating everything twice. There were 3 other employees in the back just standing there. After waiting 14 minutes for my pretzel I left and noticed a lot of flies in my car when driving home. When I got home a swarm of flies erupted from the bag. I don't think I need to add anything further. read more
