When I added a drink to my order and took more than a second to decide, she sighed repeatedly as if I was wasting her time. When I asked, "Am I annoying you? Because you seem annoyed," she replied, "Now I'm annoyed." That level of open hostility toward a paying customer is unacceptable. I then asked her co-worker for the manager's name. Instead of providing it, they laughed to each other, refused to answer, and continued to snicker and make comments while I waited for my food. Both employees were unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly do not belong in customer service. This behavior reflects terribly on your brand and should be addressed immediately.
