Also, they didn't even have tartar sauce it was kind of like a Cajun type aioli. The waitress said that they didn't have regular tartar sauce, I thought that was odd serving fish and chips without tartar sauce. It didn't justify the $24.00 price tag. The coffee was very strong, I like coffee a little strong but this was over the top. We had the nicest server named Gloria always willing to help with the menu and refills of Mango Iced Teas. My sisters ordered the Bourbon Blue Cheese Burger and they both said they were very good. I think we are going to go to a different restaurant next time even though we went their several times before. Sorry Rock Bottom!

I have to say to start that their prices are very high. But they make up for that in quality, taste and service. I visited them for the first time at a local bar where they parked the food truck at. Checked out this Tinley Park brewery. Hailstorm is in a pretty strange location. It basically is in…read morean industrial park. A place that can be hard to find the first time coming here. The main stuff is the beers of course, along with some basic food offerings like pretzels and snacks. Big place with a lot of room for groups. It's a lot bigger than it looks to be honest. There's just not a patio. All of it's inside because there's just no room for it. This is in a part of a large building with a few warehouses. It's about $8 a pint. Kind of a lot but these are locally made craft beers though. We had a few including the Big Beautiful Wheat. It's actually a Bavarian style Hefeweizen. There's also a kitchen where they make a few things. It's about $9 for shareable items. The Pretzel Sticks are pretty standard and pair well with a lot. Great place for locally made beers. It's located on 186th Street. The menu also features grub like paninis and other things.

Staff was friendly but needed more knowledge of the beers. They had cayenne pretzels in 6 flavors, the beer cheese and dill pickle flavors were great, served in huge match boxes, little heat and good flavors, went well with the beers.
