The employee spoke with someone else when I raised concern and he validated that I should be charged the gluten free bread price -- although I wasn't purchasing gluten free bread. I kindly declined to make the purchase. As I was walking out the employee who was wrapping the bread raised her voice saying "I just wrapped all of these and you're not buying them!?" OK, I know I don't usually rate team restaurants that often. But I love potbelly.
