So I was getting something to eat and right next door was this spot that offers delicious fresh soft delicious cookies. I went inside and was greeted and the young guy that helped me was really nice. I told him it was my first time. He let me try a sample of their chocolate chip cookie and as soon as I took a bite I was hooked. They have different type of cookies in there too. I got the chocolate chip cookies and I got the 10 pack. He said you also can get 4 big cookies too as optional. I also got the Georgia peach drink too and omg it was sooooo delicious that I finished the drink before I got home lol. It's like a soda mixed with peach tea. This is definitely the spot to go to if you have a sweet tooth and the cookies are soft and freshly made. I will be back here again. 10 out of 10. The cookies are absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend it, the drinks on the other hand are absolutely trash. I ordered a brown sugar espresso, it tasted like straight up milk. It had a hint of coffee on the top, but even when I mixed it, the drink still tasted like milk. That's a 5 dollar I won't get back. read more

First time here. The cookies are good a little bit too sweet for my taste and very similar to crumble, but they seem to change the flavors a lot and the menu is bigger, which is nice. I didn't get a chance to try any of the drinks or coffee or any of the other specialty items, but maybe next time. The prices are still a bit high for only six cookies, but we did like them, and each one is definitely big enough to share. Customer service was friendly and helpful. This is a brand new place in Orland Park. I personally have never experienced anything like this but I hear they do have competition. This place sells only cookies and soda's. Seems like an odd combo but its great! As far as I know there are no cookies like this on the planet. They are thick, soft and have a ton of ingredients and toppings. I had the Mike Chocolate Chip and it was loaded with huge chips. Tasted fantastic! My wife had the PB Brookie which is peanut butter with chips and a nice topping. These cookies are over the top fantastic but so is the price. $4.65 each. So two cookies with tax is $10.25. That's a lot to me? But somewhat worth it! I'm not sure where these cookie places come from and who told them the product was good but they lied to you. I'm gonna compare to Crumbl who by the way I'm not a total fan. Cookie size same recipe not as sweet but cookies are under cooked and doughy. Service same as Crumbl with the presentation at the end. Setup very similar to Crumbl. The plus for Crave is the beverages. The cookies are overpriced like Crumbl. Once was enough for me. This has encouraged me to bake cookies at home. read more

I opted for the kana-fa cookie. Got 2 bc it was a limited flavor to be gone this week. It has 3 cheeses inside and is Mediterranean inspired. It was good. I gifted the other to the ladies in my office. It was huge! I would return bc I want to try the chocolate chip. But I'm not a fan of these oversized cookies. We walked into Crave earlier for a 6 pack pick up. They didn't have it ready, but when they realized they made a small mistake they swiftly got our order ready and even gave us extra points on our account. I have been patronising this place about once a week since they opened. I really like the pop concoctions that they came up with, and once in a while I'll take home the cookies. This place is a rip off/copy of CRUMBL COOKIES..same style of cookie, boxes are very similar to them... I came in here to pick up a door dash order. There were 15 people waiting to pick up an order!! It was soooo incredibly chaotic.. They ask you the name of the customer, like...7 times! I waited 13 to 15 minutes...then they informed me that they were outof the cookies my customer ordered!! I tried to call the customer to let them know, but no one answered so I canceled it. Take some advice: Turn off your tablet and catch up to the existing ones!! read more

not only are the cookies AMAZING the customer service great too, I was placing a order at the Orland park location and needed to call to see how they handle food allergies because my kids are deathly allergic nuts. I went to the new Orland Park location today. Great service and incredible cookies! They're soft, gooey, and filled. Classic and unique flavors.
