    The brown sugar espresso

The cookies are absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend it, the drinks on the other hand are absolutely trash. I ordered a brown sugar espresso, it tasted like straight up milk. It had a hint of coffee on the top, but even when I mixed it, the drink still tasted like milk. That's a 5 dollar I won't get back.

OMG! Literally the best cookies I've ever had in my life . Found out this is supposed to be like the Crumbl competitor ... honestly Crumbl doesn't compare to crave !! 10/10... now I'm just waiting for closer Alabama locations!

First time here. The cookies are good a little bit too sweet for my taste and very similar to crumble, but they seem to change the flavors a lot and the menu is bigger, which is nice. I didn't get a chance to try any of the drinks or coffee or any of the other specialty items, but maybe next time. The prices are still a bit high for only six cookies, but we did like them, and each one is definitely big enough to share. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Would come back if in the area.

I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Their menu is large and the cookie selection is unique! The cookies were really good and I preferred them over Crumbl. The presentation was very nice as well. They sell special non alcoholic drinks.

This is a brand new place in Orland Park. I personally have never experienced anything like this but I hear they do have competition. This place sells only cookies and soda's. Seems like an odd combo but its great! As far as I know there are no cookies like this on the planet. They are thick, soft and have a ton of ingredients and toppings. I had the Mike Chocolate Chip and it was loaded with huge chips. Tasted fantastic! My wife had the PB Brookie which is peanut butter with chips and a nice topping. These cookies are over the top fantastic but so is the price. $4.65 each. So two cookies with tax is $10.25. That's a lot to me? But somewhat worth it! We will definitely be back to try their other items.

5 stars, was greeted immediately upon arrival. The customer service was great. There were quite a few options, I decided on the 4 pack. The standout for me was the O.G. chocolate chip and the red velvet. I love that these cookies were not too sweet and really moist. When I return, I will try the loaded sodas.

I'm not sure where these cookie places come from and who told them the product was good but they lied to you. I'm gonna compare to Crumbl who by the way I'm not a total fan. Cookie size same recipe not as sweet but cookies are under cooked and doughy. Service same as Crumbl with the presentation at the end. Setup very similar to Crumbl. The plus for Crave is the beverages. The cookies are overpriced like Crumbl. Once was enough for me. This has encouraged me to bake cookies at home.

Favorite fresh warm cookie place by far. Each week the menu changes with additional cookie flavors on Fridays so check it out. Totally worth it!

I can't seem to get enough of this place. Friendly service, patient and knowledgeable staff with great recommendations, affordable bundling options for my indecisive heart, and most importantly...the cookies are amazing! The food tastes just as good as the pictures, if not better! My favorites are the crookie, the biscoff and the Dubai pistachio. Try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

We walked into Crave earlier for a 6 pack pick up. They didn't have it ready, but when they realized they made a small mistake they swiftly got our order ready and even gave us extra points on our account. Our server was Adam, his manager was very compromising. All cookies were so fantastic and phenomenal! Thank you Adam and manager!... sorry I didn't get manager's name but he was very polite. The cookies themselves were magnificent and phenomenal! I got a 10 piece cravelits for my kids, I stole a piece and when I tried it melted in my mouth. The manager and Adam were both very polite and I'll definitely come back for more cookies! Left to right: 2 biscoff, campfire s'more, Samoa, butterbeer, & crookie.

We traveled 45mins from northwest suburbs to Orland Park to try their Dubai Chocolate cookie. Cookies are fantastic! Adam took our order and was very friendly. He hooked us up with a mini taster of their cookies. It was soft and warm. So delicious! We will be back!

This location just opened!! The cookies are absolutely amazing! Grand opening was today and the line moved very quick. Cookies were warm and delicious. They have a bunch of flavored sodas too, but today we just went for the cookies! Prices are very fair for the size of these cookies.

Worst chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. Even tried heating it up and that didn't help. 20 dollars on a box of 4- down the drain.

A number of these cafés…read morehave started in Orland Park, and we're making the round of them ... the last one we were at was Marouf Café, which serves that namesake coffee). Cello was the same, but different. Similar to the Starbucks ethos, they specialize in a number of fancy coffees, yet still offer plain old brewed coffee. We tried the brewed coffee (5-star fresh and hot), some Green Tea called mint (5-star delish), and a fruit crêpe. Now the fruit crêpe was also a 5-star offering, but you better come hungry ... it was a huge helping, and we ended up splitting it but still could not finish. It was a freshly made crêpe with Nutella and a light cream sauce inside, piled with fresh fruit and then a drizzle of Nutella and the cream sauce on top. This was a meal-sized delight. Many of the other offerings seem to be simply a different riff on the fruit crêpe, which can also come on a fresh waffle. Now this is not the kind of place where you pop in for a quick coffee to go ... but, rather, it takes time to get food (service) here because most of it is freshly made. But that said, if you have the time the food (crepes, coffee, and tea) were worth the wait. Ambiance wise, the decor was very nice ... just enough fru-fru to make you forget you're in a strip mall. There are a number of chairs, tables, and and sofas around to make many seating arrangements, which was nice; you can come with a group or as a single and feel welcome. The only negatives on our visit: the music list was fine, but way too loud; they must turn the music down so patrons can have a conversation. When we arrived we noticed an employee parking their car right in front of the establishment (5 feet from the entrance) and we thought that maybe they could have parked in the spaces just across the lot (35 feet from the door); it just makes sense to cater to your customers, rather than yourself. But all that said, this was a nice new offering in Orland Park.

I've been a regular customer at this bakery for a long time -- my son loves their cookies, and I've…read morespent hundreds of dollars here over time. But my recent experience ordering a custom cake for my husband's 40th birthday was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered a two-tier custom cake for nearly $400, plus two dozen mini cupcakes for $110, bringing my total close to $500. For comparison: * Most privately owned bakeries charge around $200-$350 for a two-tier custom cake depending on complexity. * Mini cupcakes typically cost $20-$50 per 24, even from gourmet bakeries. So I paid premium pricing, and I expected premium quality. Unfortunately, that's not what I received. Design Issues The cake did not resemble the inspiration photos we discussed. I asked for a deep, elegant green with blended transitions -- something fitting for an adult's 40th birthday theme. Instead, the cake looked more like a Minecraft or Ninja Turtle cake with bright neon green, flat colors, and no blending. When I brought up the design issue, the owner blamed me, saying the buttercream "needs to sit out for 4-5 hours to darken." The cake did sit out for almost 5 hours, and the color never changed. It wasn't even close to the shade I requested. The explanation didn't make sense, and it felt like I was being blamed for something that was simply a design mistake. Quality Issues: Undercooked Cake When we cut the top tier at the party, we discovered: * an unusually thick 2-inch layer of frosting in the middle, * and a raw, floury, undercooked interior. The texture and aftertaste confirmed it wasn't baked through. We ended up throwing away the entire top tier and whatever was left over at the end of the night. This is more than disappointing -- it's a food safety concern. Customer Service & Tone This was honestly the most frustrating part. When I reached out to discuss what went wrong, the owner's tone was polite on the surface, but the conversation felt passive-aggressive, full of constant rebuttals, and completely lacking in accountability. Every single concern I raised was met with: * an excuse, * a deflection, * or a technical explanation that didn't match my actual experience. There was zero acknowledgment that anything might have been done incorrectly. She repeatedly mentioned things like: * "I didn't charge you for the little decorative balls -- those were free," * "I didn't charge you for the cake topper, it was $3.99," which felt unnecessarily frugal and honestly strange considering I spent almost $500 there. Mentioning $3.99 repeatedly after charging me hundreds of dollars made the whole interaction feel awkward and unprofessional. She also offered me a few free cookies -- but only if I used them this year because she "couldn't move the gift card into the next year due to accounting." I didn't want cookies. I wanted a partial refund, which was the only fair resolution. She immediately shut that down and said she "couldn't do that because of policy," even though she is the owner who sets the policies. There was no room for discussion, no willingness to listen, and no genuine concern for the customer experience. Overall For nearly $500, I received: * a cake that didn't match the design, * colors that were incorrect, * an undercooked top tier, * and a customer service experience that was rigid, dismissive, and full of excuses. I don't post negative reviews lightly, but this was extremely poor value for the price, and the lack of accountability afterward made the situation far worse. I hope this bakery takes this feedback seriously and improves both quality control and how they handle issues when they arise.

People chatting, families picking out pastries, employees moving quickly behind the counter, and the smell of fresh baked goods filling the entire bakery. The staff were super nice and they gave me some good recommendations. Everything looked delicious. But there was one pastry that caught my attention the second I saw it: the Maple Bacon Doughnut. Sitting there with that thick maple glaze dripping over the edges and covered with crispy bacon pieces, it looked almost too good to pass up. The first bite completely lived up to the hype. The doughnut itself was soft and pillowy, while the maple glaze was rich, buttery, and packed with that warm cinnamon-maple flavor. Then the bacon kicked in. Crispy, smoky, salty, and just enough crunch to contrast the softness of the doughnut. The combination was ridiculous. Every bite tasted like someone somehow turned an entire breakfast into a dessert. Sweet maple, savory bacon, hints of cinnamon, and that fluffy dough all working together perfectly. Pure bliss from start to finish.
