All food items are always fresh and perfectly prepared. I would like to state my favorite item and flavor but they are all fantastic. Even more they regularly have temporary items that are delicious and should be permanent! HA! This store is above the others as their service and friendliness is superb. I ordered a dozen Bini's to be delivered to a neighbor as a thank you at Christmas. The delivery instructions were that if no one was at home then they were to bring the order to me right next-door. I received a text message that the delivery was to be made in about 20 minutes. After the next text said it had been delivered. A attached was a photograph of the bag with the cakes, sitting on the ground in front of the door at the neighbors home. I also had provided my phone number if there was any issues with the delivery and seeing as how I was right next-door to bring it to me instead of leaving it outside on the ground in 20° temperatures I don't understand. Apparently, Uber made the delivery. I thought it would be done by a store employee. I would not trust the delivery again and considering that this is not a free service if the directions cannot be followed, then I wouldn't recommend it. read more

There's not a whole lot that can be said. They serve a consistently great tasting product and great service. There was this one time I got a red velvet and the chocolate chips in the cake were practically non existent. But other than that, I have no complaints and I'll keto going back. We ordered mini bundt cakes for a baptism/birthday and wow! They are the perfect size. Not to big, not too little. I tried the red velvet with frosting and it was divine. It was moist and the frosting tasted like cream cheese frosting, one of my favorites. I will say, although the cake is perfectly balanced, I think the frosting was more on the sweet side and because of that, I could only eat one (I probably should only want to eat one, but I wanted to try the others too- haha- I'm a fatty at heart). I was also happily surprised when I bit down and there was a little piece of harder chocolate... maybe a chocolate chip? I had the pleasure of working with Joanne at this location for my wedding. Before I decided on my flavors, she gave us a dozen bundtinis to try at home of different flavors to help us decide. My wedding was on 6/10/23. I ordered a 2 tier cake (8 inch chocolate chocolate chip, 10 inch confetti) as our wedding cake. I also ordered 200 chocolate and 200 confetti bundtinis for my guest. Everything was perfect. Our guests loved the bundtinis and we loved our cake as well. The only thing I would recommend is little to go bags for the bundtinis given complementary depending on the size of the order. It didn't have to be anything fancy but I had a hard time finding something during my reception for guest to be able to take theirs home with them if they wanted. Overall, they still get 5 stars because Joanne was professional and helpful every time we talked and the cakes were delicious. read more

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles! It was such a delight, they had red velvet samples that were just phenomenal. The manager Bob I believe was super kind and helpful and was patient with my aunt despite the language barrier.Gianna and Emma were our cashiers whom were also sweet and helpful. This store smelled delicious! It's located about two minutes from Orland Park Mall. It is a tiny bakery that is well decorated and smells so good. Cakes are reasonable in price you can buy small cake for five dollars a piece. The parking lot is quite small and is shared by other businesses. The customer service was great. The sales associate was very nice. I signed up for the birthday rewards program so that I can get a free cake on my birthday. I definitely would visit the store again. read more

My mom stopped here and got my husband and I two bundt cakes. I got the snickerdoodle and he got the confetti. My husband and I love the confetti flavor. I tried the snickerdoodle and it was not my favorite. The cream cheese frosting is so sweet and tasty. The cake itself is super moist. I just wouldn't recommend this flavor. It is just too much cinnamon for my liking. My favorite flavors are the following: confetti, white chocolate raspberry, cookies and cream, and red velvet. OMG a little taste of heaven here on earth!! I tried the mini Bundt cakes and they were decadent but not overly sweet. They were little pillows of clouds with just the right amount of icing. They have a wide variety of flavors red velvet, lemon, vanilla, praline pecan and much more. We have a prom coming up for my sister's God daughter and you know these mini Bundt cakes will be the star on the dessert table. Delicious and a great piece. I stopped in because I was driving by, it was open and I was actually running early for something. They offer only bundt cakes, but they come in many varieties and several sizes. My husband and I chose two each because it will be a while before we can get back there. The Praline Pecan will remind you of a cinnamon roll. The White Chocolate Raspberry has a very mild flavor, not at all overpowering. I'm glad I sampled the Red Velvet in the store because my husband wasn't sharing! It was pick up mini Bundt cakes for an engagement party $69 for two small trays. They could not find it any where I had the confirmation order which was sent to her email then forwarded to me this party was very time sensitive! They had to talk to my daughter, she had the same info I had the company wanted her to pull off the highway to give them a picture of her credit card, she was on her way to take pictures of the couples surprise (her daughter) I was to bring the cakes to another surprise w family members. First let me say the cakes are good. No complaints from me or my sons regarding their excellent cakes. My complaint is regarding the staff behavior when my son (African American) requested a job application at the bakery in Orland Park. It was made clear that the opening they had was not for him by the young women working there. He was first given papers that clearly was not an application and when I brought it to their attention was told there were no openings anyway and dismissed. We left a number for a supervisor to contact us. When I didn't hear anything back, I reached out via the phone to the store and was again dismissed without being allowed to speak with a supervisor or manager. We've bought their cakes many times through Sandburg High school fundraisers but NEVER again. We will not spend our money where we're not wanted. read more

Talk about customer service! I arrived at Nothing Bundt Cakes about 10-15 minutes after it closed. When I pulled up, I couldn't tell if it was opened, so I walked over to door to see. Received a few varieties of these cakes from a friend who's child did a fundraiser selling them. Always saw them around at local malls or advertised and just never gotten around to trying a cake until recently. We tried the vanilla confetti, carrot & chocolate cake. They were all moist with adequate cream cheese frosting and looked very pretty when they were presented to us. My personal favorite was the chocolate cake. The cream cheese blended well with this cake. The only reason for the 4 stars was that there were no gluten free ones available at the time as they had none left and this was destined to go to someone who had gluten free allergies.
