We ordered french fries with cheese sauce on the side a holiday cookie shake, which is sugar cookie, frozen custard top with whipped cream and sprinkles, a big Shack and a regular Shack burger. Everything was delicious, but I do have to say that I ordered my burger well done and I noticed it wasn't, but that's okay. I also really like in Henrietta that they have a drive-through, but they're lacking here in Greece which is sad. I hope to come back soon and try there sticky coffee, pudding shake that sounded really good. They were out of it at the time we went.

Anyhow, I asked the same young lady what this "shack sauce" was like, she has said it's hard to explain, it's mayo base with some paprika in it. She said it's kind of like chipotle sauce. I was really disappointed in its lack of flavor. Maybe because we're all used to an orangey looking sauce having more flavor to it? I do wish I asked for extra pickles because I could hardly taste the ones that were on there. I had initially asked for Mayo on my burger and the cashier pointed to the Mayo packets on the counter. I also asked for water and she pointed to the paper cups and water dispenser at the counter. ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER..... ugh, no thanks. Had to ask for a side of ice. I heard a customer at the next table over talking at the about onion rings but I did not see them on the menu board. I also saw a photo of a French onion burger but no price on that either. My total was. $12.40... The cashier asked me if I was paying with cash or card and I said cash and I handed her the $12.45. She proceeded to ask me if this was exact change??? (Do these kids not know how to count cash?). So anyway, I told her no, there will be five cents change and I headed her off and I said and I'll take the receipt, please. If you order wine at the kiosk you need to flag an employee to check your id, and they enter a code. So if you are opting for beer or wine, I would suggest just going to the counter. The place was spotless, wasn't too crowded for its location, and so didn't feel like the wait was long. After you order, you have a seat and they bring you the food. Next time I will try a shake.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Honestly, it was one of the best bagels I've ever had. The bagel was incredibly soft with a perfectly crisp toasted exterior. It was so good that I bought a dozen bagels and a container of the jalapeño cream cheese to bring home. Unfortunately, the next morning I woke up with what appeared to be food poisoning and was sick for my entire flight home. I had frozen the cream cheese overnight so it would stay cold during my trip and refrigerated it again as soon as I got home. On July 17, my partner had an everything bagel with the same cream cheese, and they became sick the following day as well. Meanwhile, my mother-in-law ate one of the plain bagels and did not experience any illness. Because of that, I suspect the cream cheese may have been the source, although I can't say for certain. I'm giving 3 stars because of the apparent foodborne illness. The customer service, cleanliness, and the taste of the food were all excellent, and I genuinely loved the bagels. I hope this was just an isolated incident, but I wanted to share my experience so the business can investigate if needed.

It was a pastry that I was after and Flour City answered my call. There were a selection of pastries and pretzels in the case and loaves of bread neatly displayed on shelves against the wall. A pistachio chocolate croissant caught my eye and my dad got a soft pretzel. The cashier was very friendly and answered my chocolate snob questions, ensuring that I was not going to get milk chocolate or a sugary chocolate spread in my croissant. Not only was my croissant made with semisweet chocolate and a nutty not too sugary pistachio spread, but it was also flaky and buttery as a croissant should be AND I was given a warm out of the oven one rather than one from the case. Sorry, no pic and I devoured it lickety split; but, I did take a breath to offer my dad a taste. What a delectable treat it was! My dad enjoyed his soft pretzel. It was dense and topped with a nice amount of large salt. Unfortunately for him, he didn't get the "fresh out of the oven" special, but he still enjoyed it.
