    Sour Cream & Onion Pretzel
    Jacques I.

It's been a hot minute since I've been to Auntie Anne's. I mean, like, since maybe high school? Which I won't even say how long ago that was. But let's just say it's the quintessential snack for when you're hangin' with your friends at the mall and you think your shit don't stink at 16. My boyfriend and I were doing some Christmas shopping at the outlet, and Auntie Anne's was one of the few eateries that you could easily get takeout at and was not located in the food court area. Just for ol' times sake, I decided to get a sour cream and onion pretzel, which was my jam back in the day. But some things just seem to change. And get more expensive, yeah? For about five bucks I ordered the sour cream and onion pretzel and thought it was A-OK. I don't remember the pretzel being this thin? Though they heavily sprinkled on the sour cream and onion powder, I thought the pretzel was meh. I also wished it had been warmer, which put a damper on the overall taste. Tastes change, I guess. The pretzel of my teenage years shall remain a distant memory. I most likely wouldn't get AA's anytime soon. Or again.

Where do you eat when you're at the outlets? Always a difficult question as options are extremely limited. We went with a sure winner: Auntie Anne's pretzels. Fast, homemade and delicious to keep your shopping strength going to the bitter end. - Soft pretzels ($3.50 - we used a coupon from the Seattle Premium booklet. I can't remember exactly what it was but I think it was buy three pretzels and get a free drink type of deal. We tried out three flavours - sweet almond, original, and the roasted garlic and parmesan. The roasted garlic and parmesan was my favourite out of the trio.

I always like getting Pretzels at Auntie Anne's. For some reason I thought they were also located in Canada. So I found out that the closest one to me is still across the boarder. So came shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlet. Of course time went by so fast and yes I got hungry and didn't want to leave. In the Canadian Coupon book there is a buy one get one free deal on soft pretzels. So I got the sour cream and onion flavor. It was very delicious at first but at the end it got a bit too salty. Probably because they sprinkled too much and everything went to the bottom of the bag. I have to say this is very good junky food. But it doesn't hurt to get one once in awhile.

Rolling up some doughy pretzel goodness!

I came here on a Saturday for the first time because they were giving out Free Pretzels from 10am-3pm! What a great advertising idea! Not only did I get to sample one of their super fresh, buttery, soft and delicious pretzels but I'll probably re-visit this place, which I probably would not have initially tried in the first place! My sister got the cinnamon sugar pretzel, which was such a sweet delight in my mouth. Ultra soft pretzel topped with tons of cinnamon and sugar. I scarfed that puppy down in no time. Beware of the loose sugar though, found it all over my mouth and hair after I done. The pretzels were definitely worth the wait and the tiny mess! Yum!

May 12, 2024. Terrible customer service from the woman at the register. The pretzels were over cooked.

This is our quick stop for bite sized snacks. I love the mini pretzel dogs and a lemonade at times.

It seems redundant at this point to leave a 2 star review - but I'm logged in and might as well…read morereinforce it. I WANT to like it here. I live close. Fried chicken is great hot or cold. I love the Cajun sides. The franchise has my vote - this location nope. Since this location opened a few years ago I will try it every 6-8 months in hopes that something will change. I mean an average of 2 star reviews would normally necessitate a change in management. Todays no bueno experience - it's warm I was running errands and thought a fried chicken meal would be a nice treat to keep from heating up our kitchen. At 11:37 I ordered a 12 piece meal. I watched chicken get put into a box under a warmer pretty quickly. And it sat. And it sat. And it sat. Then I watched the young man working the register and the young man working drive through have a very hushed conversation pointing at the box. Then a side was finally ready my things were packed up and I was out the door exactly at noon 23 minutes later. Spoiler alert: Enough time to have cooked what was missing.... Plenty of time to get it right. Whelp - no. What was to have 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 legs and 3 wings was ONE breast, 4 thighs, 4 legs and 3 wings. Thighs and legs are not exact trades for white meat breasts and the fact that after waiting this long I was sent out the door with wrong items is extremely disappointing and concerning in regards to integrity (thigh to breast "maybe" I'm not unreasonable. But breast to leg no way) and likely my last straw here.

I'm definitely in the group of people who don't get the correct order…read more Had a mobile order, went through and waited 8 minutes with no one else in the drive thru to get our order. Not only was our food incorrect, it wasn't even warm. I went inside to get the missing biscuits and the guy in the drive thru kept insisting they were there. It didn't help his English was difficult to understand, but also our order was only $15 it wasn't that large if something was missing it was easy to tell. This guy was literally ready to fight me over missing biscuits he knew was in the bag, until another worker admitted they weren't there. Was all this worth it to these clowns? This place is one and done!
