I was finally waited on by a young gal, and she was very pleasant, although no apology for making me wait. There were literally two dried out looking pretzels in the warming area, nothing else. I asked how long it would be for nuggets and was told 5 minutes. Time on my receipt was 1:58 PM. At 2:10 my order was given to the person in front of me. Thankfully, they didn't touch any of the food so I went ahead and took it from them and notified the employees that they still needed their order. I was going to order one of those large pretzel buckets to share between me and my boyfriend, until a blonde worker with glasses started saying things like "a BUCKET? are you sure, that's 5 servings," giving me nasty looks and showing the bucket to me as if we're not in a literal mall and everyone's getting unhealthy food anyway. Ordered Original pretzel, Jalapeño pretzels and the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. Least liked about this place was the wait time despite a handful of people working there. It's been a hot minute since I've been to Auntie Anne's. I mean, like, since maybe high school? Which I won't even say how long ago that was. But let's just say it's the quintessential snack for when you're hangin' with your friends at the mall and you think your shit don't stink at 16. My boyfriend and I were doing some Christmas shopping at the outlet, and Auntie Anne's was one of the few eateries that you could easily get takeout at and was not located in the food court area. Just for ol' times sake, I decided to get a sour cream and onion pretzel, which was my jam back in the day. But some things just seem to change. And get more expensive, yeah? For about five bucks I ordered the sour cream and onion pretzel and thought it was A-OK. I don't remember the pretzel being this thin? Though they heavily sprinkled on the sour cream and onion powder, I thought the pretzel was meh. I also wished it had been warmer, which put a damper on the overall taste. Tastes change, I guess. Fast, homemade and delicious to keep your shopping strength going to the bitter end. - Soft pretzels ($3.50 - we used a coupon from the Seattle Premium booklet. I can't remember exactly what it was but I think it was buy three pretzels and get a free drink type of deal. I always like getting Pretzels at Auntie Anne's. For some reason I thought they were also located in Canada. So I found out that the closest one to me is still across the boarder. So came shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlet. Of course time went by so fast and yes I got hungry and didn't want to leave. In the Canadian Coupon book there is a buy one get one free deal on soft pretzels. So I got the sour cream and onion flavor. It was very delicious at first but at the end it got a bit too salty. Probably because they sprinkled too much and everything went to the bottom of the bag. I have to say this is very good junky food. But it doesn't hurt to get one once in awhile. read more

I came here on a Saturday for the first time because they were giving out Free Pretzels from 10am-3pm! What a great advertising idea! Not only did I get to sample one of their super fresh, buttery, soft and delicious pretzels but I'll probably re-visit this place, which I probably would not have initially tried in the first place! My sister got the cinnamon sugar pretzel, which was such a sweet delight in my mouth. Ultra soft pretzel topped with tons of cinnamon and sugar. I scarfed that puppy down in no time. I was in there yesterday evening and was the 2nd person in line and there was another couple behind me in line. As one employee was helping finish cashing out the people in front of me a second employee asked the couple behind me what they wanted and she gave that couple the last two cups of pretzel bites so when the first employee finished with the people in front of me she rang up the couples order that was behind me and then asked me what I wanted. I wanted pretzel bites in which since the couple behind me were helped before me, there were no pretzel bites left therefore I did not get anything because they were all sold out and could not make anymore. The pretzels I got were on the thinner side but the flavor was the same as usual. Service was quick and the register gal was nice. I had a free pretzel and paid for a second one and did not realize I had to scan my reward AND my card to get a second free one for my first purchase. Kinda wish she told me! Oh well. The food is good but, not something you would eat daily and the standards are just about how a big franchisee works. The two of us shared the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, and they were indeed a fine snack for just shy of $5. We lucked out and got ours made fresh (and piping hot!), which is definitely the right way to do pretzel nuggets. While shopping here yesterday my friend was in the mood for some pretzel bites. We noticed that the line was very long and I offered to wait for her while she checked out another store at the outlet. There were about 9 people ahead of me and it took a good 15 minutes to get to the front. The person at the register seemed very disoriented and when I first got up to him after he helped someone he told me to wait. As if I hadn't been waiting long enough. He went back somewhere and then came back, which I thought was odd. I didn't try the bites, but she said they tasted like they'd been made that morning and just left in there. With waiting in line as long as I did and not having good pretzels I have to give it a two star, because really I have experienced better. read more

Worst customer service ever. Food was not ready at all. How are they open and have no food available? Cashier was rude. I did not get her name but I went to this establishment on July 16th around 11 am. She had grey to white hair and had a frumpy face. As we were trying to order our food, she was trying to hurry us to pick what we wanted. I tried to order my 1 year old a pretzel with no salt and no butter (it is on the menu so it was not a special request), the cashier had the nerve to ask me if it was a preference or allergy. I told her it was a preference because my son likes it without the salt. She rolls her eyes turns to the girl in the back and says can you make a pretzel without salt? it's a preference. The girl then replies I guess I can if I really have to. First of all what difference does it make if its an allergy or a preference to not have salt on a pretzel if its on the menu? After all the eye rolling, smart remarks from the employees, and watching them drop the guy who was in front of me food on the floor, I decided to just walk away and take my business elsewhere.
