I want to first say that my experience there at The Ram was wonderful. Cassidy was my server there and she was both attentive to my food sensitivities and suggested delicious food to try. She took the time to go over my questions about the menu despite the fact that she clearly had a busy section. The food she suggested was not normally something I wouldn't eat, but she was spot on with her suggestions (ie BBQ Cauliflower I believe). The food temp on the burger was perfect overall and I was very pleased with how the food and service from Cassidy turned out. She deserves these 5 stars without a doubt! I'll definitely come back for the food, ambiance and service and hopefully have Cassidy again next time I'm in town! Now, what I would like to point out here is this.. I overheard part of a conversation with my server Cassidy talking to a male manager on duty that day that I didn't appreciate coming from a management role. Her section was busy compared to other sections in the restaurant, and was asking him with help on getting dishes, but he just appeared to not care and brushed her reasonable request aside stating he was busy and walked away.. I'm sorry, but coming from someone who is in the medical field with some prior restaurant experience, that is not ok, and not how you treat your employees. If you want to make a restaurant run smoothly and reduce burnout and turnovers for your staff, and clearly see that one server's section is heavy or swamped, you either delegate someone in another section to help that server out OR do it yourself. You can take a few minutes to help out your staff as that shows them that you care about your employees and the restaurants success. So please be more mindful of that when your staff is asking something reasonable from you, and that your customers can sometimes see and hear this as well, which doesn't look good from an outside perspective.. From how that manager treats their staff if I had to give a rating would be a 1/5, so please be better for your staff and customers! read more

Unfortunately, our experience at RAM Restaurant wasn't the best. The service was pretty disappointing, it took about 20 minutes just for a waiter to come to our table, and we didn't get water refills at all and didn't get our silverware until around 10 minutes after our food arrived. The food was also underwhelming. The steak and burgers were overcooked, the pasta lacked seasoning, and the chicken tasted almost boiled rather than properly cooked/prepared. The Armadillo Eggs were also really dry. I expected a better experience, especially considering the prices. Hopefully this was just an off night, but unfortunately I don't think I'd come back based on this experience. read more

I have been to many different Ram locations over a long period. The quality seems to have gone down. I had a chicken caesar salad and fries. The salad and chicken were both bland. I also had fries as a side order and you aren't given a lot for what you pay. The service was fine. Everything went quickly. It can get loud and there are lots of tvs, so it can be overstimulating. Came to The Ram twice in a weekend and was so happy to get seated with Kaitlyn both times! She was a delight and I appreciated her honest of the menu and her food preferences. The restaurant was out of sweet potato fries (definitely the best on the options) and Kaitlyn made sure I could get another upgrade without being charged. One of the drawbacks here is the flat soda! Unfortunately the CO2 is managed by Pepsi, so nothing the bar can do. At our table, every soda we had was flat both times we visited. Being a soda lover, this will be something that affects my return to this restaurant. In order to be paying over $3 for a soda, it has to have some bubbles. An alright visit on Sunday, 6/22/25, at 1:40 PM. Got to the restaurant for a late lunch after coming back from visiting Western Washington University in Bellingham. Parking was a major hassle since we had to park right near the Outlets and it was super packed due to it being a Sunday! Anyhow, after walking into the restaurant, we got seated at a corner booth table near the kitchen and in front a big screen TV with the Mariners game playing. We were looking over the menu for 10-15 minutes or so before a waitress came to take our drink and food orders. Guess she was busy attending to other people's tables. We requested to have a glass of water, 2 Sprites and a Diet Pepsi for our beverages. As for our entrees, we ordered a Mac and Cheese with Broccoli and Jalapeños, a Chimichurri Wagyu Burger, a Club Sandwich, Sirloin Steak, and a Kid's Chicken Tenders meal. The drinks came out first and then our food a little while later. The Burger and Sandwich were alright, liked the Mac and Cheese as it was pretty tasty and flavorful. But the steak was too overcooked and tasted rubbery. And the Kids meal was a bit overcooked as well and missed some salt or seasoning as the boneless chicken and fries were pretty bland. Sauces we had initially requested with our food orders didn't come, so we had to request for them again when the server came by our table midway through our eating. Me and my family came over for the first time for dinner, and probably won't be coming back. The waiters were extremely kind, but there was a lack of communication with them. We didn't know if it was because it was a busy day today, or if it was usually like this. It took them awhile to come and get our order, and when we did get our food we didn't even get utensils until many minutes later. I found the food mid. The artichoke dip and the bread was very delicious, but I found the bread it comes with super hard to scoop due to the softness. We ordered the "Armadillo Eggs" and it sounded like a jalapeño popper with chicken in them. It was probably one of the driest things i've eaten ever. The breading was extremely thick, and i expected more cream cheese inside, but it looked like it was just chicken with one small jalapeño pepper inside. My table didn't even get asked if we wanted refills on waters at all. One of my family members ordered the Tuscan Pasta, but didn't really get the "Tuscan" flavor. It tasted mostly like cream. Which is understandable, but since it was a "Tuscan" pasta we expected it more to taste like garlicky and herby with a little bit of heat. They also said that the chicken didn't taste very seasoned either. I tried the chicken on the pasta, and I can honestly compare it to boiled plain chicken. Which, I know it wasn't boiled because of the grill marks. But taste-wise, it did. I ordered the steak, and it tasted bland. The mashed potatoes were good, but the vegetables you could tell it was frozen then steamed/boiled. Honestly wish that it was more fresher. They probably do have better food, and we probably just got some of the bad items. I really wanted to like this restaurant because it's local, but it's better to just be honest than lie about my experience. Upon entering, the restaurant is super clean and the staff is friendly. They had a lot of tvs with various sports programs on. The beer was ice cold and I sampled a few of the in house beers. Pretty good. The food is seriously in need of improvement. The burger was tasteless. The Caesar salad was basically a side salad with parm on top. I would not get the steak. Under seasoned and very tough to eat....i also feel like the skimped on the fries. If you need a cold beer and want to watch the game, this is the place for you. read more

We went for Mother's Day yesterday. The service and ambiance were great - no complaints there. But I've gotta say the food was not so great. I had a Cobb salad and added a skewer of shrimp. The shrimp was cold to lukewarm and almost raw. My daughter also got the Cobb and added a skewer of chicken which was rubbery and unedible. The cobbs were not good- a bit of chopped egg and bacon and wilted lettuce. The ahi tuna bowl my husband got was 90% rice 10% tuna. My son did enjoy his French dip, however. And I did enjoy my free Mother's Day cheesecake. When the Ram opened at U village in the 90's the food was superb. It was also great at the Northgate location. I can honestly say I'll never be back to the Ram after yesterday. So disappointing! read more

After a few hours of shopping it was between the Ram and fast food. This place was clean, we were seated quickly and the service was great! The food purchased was okay, and considerably better than fast food. Our kiddo was fascinated by all the screens surrounding us, and it wasn't crowded as I'd expect on a Sunday night. Kiddo enjoyed her burger and loved the kids meal came with dessert (ice cream bar). My burger was good, cooked to perfection, but oily. My partner and I stopped in for dinner and drinks. The restaurant was understaff, the bartender was over worked with many orders. Just one guy behind the bar with many others here waiting as well. The Food came out and the burgers were cold upon arrival. I think the only good thing good I can say is, the ambiance was great and they had the mariners on all screens along with, the beers were cold; at least they got that right. We popped in here for a late lunch after some post-holiday shopping at the outlet mall, and were pretty darn impressed with their happy hour prices. Well, you get what you pay for. While our beers were delish, the food was kinda meh. The pulled pork on my sandwich and the dude's tacos was actually barely even warm, like... in the kind of way you wonder if you should even be eating it. The meat was pretty dry, too, so I couldn't help but wonder if they'd just (badly) reheated it from last night's leftovers. I thought I would give it one more try. This time I came when they were slow. It was lunch time. I guess I made the mistake sitting in the bar in a booth. There was only one other booth and two people sitting at the bar. I ordered a chicken sandwich with a side Caesar salad. Sides either salad had way too much dressing and I took one bite of the chicken sandwich which I guess was a burger with teriyaki and ham and it was horrible it had way too much sauce and the chicken tasted spoiled and dry. The server came over to deliver the food and drink and never to refill my tea or ask how my food was or to see if i need anything else. After sitting there watching her do her side work and talk to what looked like a regular. Because she noticed that he got a haircut and he was sitting at the bar . I waved at her and she brought me my check didn't ask me how my food was or anything didn't ask me if I needed anything just brought me my check I didn't notice that I only took two bites of my meal didn't notice that I needed more tea or anything . My mail cost me $24 that I didn't even eat except for my soaked salad . I left quietly. Worst service and meal ever. My server's name was Reagan. i will not return to this establishment ever! again. I stopped in at Ram Pub in Marysville for some lunch. I realized that it had been a while since I had steak, so I decided to order the Center Cut 8oz Top Sirloin. I ordered my steak cooked to Medium done and it came out perfectly. The sides were mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Both of those sides are favorites of mine. I enjoyed the steak, as it was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The broccoli was steamed just long enough to be soft without falling apart when pierced by my fork. However, I did not enjoy the mashed potatoes. The potatoes tasted great, but they were incredibly dense. I prefer my potatoes to be light and fluffy. I had also ordered the Armadillo Eggs appetizer. That was a new one for me, but the description looked intriguing. "Chicken marries with jalapeño, pepper jack, and cream cheese. Rolled in crushed saltine crackers and cooked golden. Served with ranch dressing." There were 6 "eggs" in my serving and I forced myself to stop after 2 so I could eat my lunch of steak and potatoes! When I finished my lunch I found I still had a little room left and ate one more "egg" with my Irish coffee. The service was awesome. The greeter was pleasant and showed me to a table right away and the server was very accommodating and attentive. This was my second visit and I look forward to visiting again soon. read more

Food is definitely not worth the price. Large bowl ($8) of clam chowder had barely any soup in the bowl. When I brought this to Hanna's our waitresses attention I got not response. She could have brought it back to the kitchen to put more in or taken it back and asked us if we'd like something else. I didnt get my water glass refilled. By Cubana sandwich ($18) was soggy. I left half of it. I can see why the closed their U Village location. This used to be a first rate restaurant. The atmosphere is always fun with a few sports fans doing their Football thing (Cowboys though?)HAHA Thursday was a little extra fun though because of our server Nevin. I have been going to the Ram restaurant in Marysville on a regular basis for the past two years and am in the Mug Club there. I have been treated very well by management and staff. Myself and my friends often go there after our golf outings. We were very impressed with a young bartender named Jenny last year. Whom we all loved. From that time I became friends with Jenny, and returned often to visit her. She was always kind and efficient in her roll as bartender and server. She is surely a great blessing to her customers. We went to The Ram in Marysville, Wa after some stressful doctors appointments in Seattle. Our hostess was terrible: not making eye contact, no greeting and she tossed the menus on the table with the attitude of a spicy teenager (who clearly didn't want to be at work). Savannah was our server and she made up for the hostesses shitty attitude. She checked on us often, refilled our waters multiple times and was patient with as we ordered our meals with dietary restrictions. So we saw the reviews, but based on the location, we gave the place a shot. All I can say is just say no! Ordered wings to be simple because we saw the reviews. As you can see from the photo, they were without seasoning and not well coated. We ended up asking for Buffalo sauce to get them down. Service was extremely slow. Thankfully, a server named Stacey (not our assigned server) came to the rescue and cashed us out. She was friendly and awesome.
