Scheduling with Woofie's is so easy and they are super duper responsive. Our dog walker is usually Dana and she is so so great. Our somewhat aloof cavachon loves her and she leaves the best recaps and pictures of her visit online for us to check out. We feel like our little boy is in very good hands. Whenever we need to cancel or reschedule it is super easy to request online and, again, Woofie's is super accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We are somewhat picky dog parents and cannot say enough good things about our experience with Woofie's. Without Karen's assistance and dedication my cat may have died. I also want to give a shout out to Karla, the owner. Due to the ice storm, my condo entrance was buried under 2 feet of ice. She went to visit my cats and found the blockade and let me know. I had to hire a team to dig me out. Karla was able to get access and check my cats. I have gone to them for several years and they are professional and compassionate at the same time. They have Paul plans which are basically sort of like insurance, but geared towards their Clinic. They are also very proactive when it comes to fur babies and everything that they need to stay healthy. The staff here are even there for you when your fur baby is not healthy whether it be sickness or an injury.
