I never leave reviews, but Woofie's is FANTASTIC. We live in Leesburg and need someone to come for a weekly midday visit and walk. Scheduling with Woofie's is so easy and they are super duper responsive. Our dog walker is usually Dana and she is so so great. Our somewhat aloof cavachon loves her and she leaves the best recaps and pictures of her visit online for us to check out. We feel like our little boy is in very good hands. Whenever we need to cancel or reschedule it is super easy to request online and, again, Woofie's is super accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We are somewhat picky dog parents and cannot say enough good things about our experience with Woofie's. We plan to be loyal customers for many, many years to come and highly recommend you check them out if you are looking for dog sitting/walking services. I'm surprised by how uninformed I (and others) are about our furry family members, given that we're literally living in the same space as our pets. The class was affordable and the trainer was thorough and open to the questions and stories we had about specific experiences we'd had or worried about. We have put together our first pet first aid kit, which is already coming in handy. Highly recommend the training! There's going to be additional offerings for geriatric pets, which we're planning to attend too. They do a nice job grooming and are very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, unless you plan your pet's grooming a year ahead, no need to to call Woofies. I wish we could use them, but a quick grooming typically takes 4-6 months of advance scheduling. read more

Woofie's has helped us care for our dogs for almost 9 years now. They have done midday visits, vacation visits, and have taken care of sick dogs with complicated medication and feeding needs when we could not be at home. We get notifications and texts if something does not appear right to our sitter (and we have been happy with all of them), and have always been able to count on them for last minute visits. Communication is prompt and friendly. I don't know what we would do without Woofie's and don't intend to find out! read more

This is probably best experience with grooming of my toy poodle Ace of Spades. It was 3 weeks of waiting, but it was worth it. Samantha was on time and very kind to my puppy. She was pretty fast too. Ace is very stressed when he goes for grooming, that time is matters. I could not possibly put into words how amazing woofies is. We have been clients for over 5 years! They take care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats. Today we were alerted a family member passed and we had to make arrangements to get to the funeral by Wednesday morning. I emailed woofies and within minutes they responded with condolences and said not to worry they had a pet sitter and our pets would be well taken care of. We were overwhelmed with grief but just knowing that they had us taken care of when everything is spinning around us was amazing and we are so grateful for all that they do for us and our pets!!! We've been using Woofies for almost six years now and their amazing dog walkers have been with us through some stressful times, including two reconstructive spinal surgeries. Our dogs are now a little more fragile and need extra attention paid to them. Woofies is always happy to accommodate their needs and their health, as well as letting us know if they see anything of concern. Their communication, billing, and scheduling process is a finely tuned machine. We had our first walker for about four years and she felt like family by the time she moved on from Woofies. (She was literally the first person to meet our baby when we brought her home from the hospital!) We miss Patti a lot, but the two walkers we've had since are excellent. We also use their grooming service and it is great, as well. Nails are clipped quickly, without stress, and without me having to drive the dogs somewhere. On another note - our babysitter locked herself out of our house when we were away overnight. When she was unable to locate our hidden key, Woofies was willing and able to help us at 7:30am on a Sunday. That's the type of business Woofies is - always willing to help a client out. read more

We've been using Woofies for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Our regular walker treats Bucky like he's her own. Scheduling is a piece of cake, and the owners are always very attentive to our specific needs, whether it's a week-long schedule of walks or a last minute request. The groomers on the mobile pet spa are very kind, and always leave him looking (and smelling) great. Here's just one example of how great they are: Last night, while my boyfriend and I were out of town, we both received texts at 10pm from one of the supervisors, Denise, letting us know our walker, Jamie, had walked into our home and discovered our smoke detector was going off. Denise went over to our apartment to help Jamie. Turns out, the batteries were low. Denise called and informed me everything was okay, but the constant chirping was scaring Bucky. So what does she do? At 10:30 on a Saturday night, Denise drove to the store, bought new batteries, replaced them, and then stayed with Bucky until he calmed down. The entire ordeal lasted over an hour, and from start to finish, they kept us updated on what was going on and how Bucky was doing. To them, they were just doing their job. To us, it was so much more. When we returned home, Bucky was completely fine, and immediately demanded we give him a treat for having to go through such an ordeal (okay so he didn't actually tell me this, but I assumed that's what he was thinking). It's not everyday you find a service like Woofies that goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pet are happy and safe. I recently had Woofie's mobile pet spa come to my house while I was out and groom my sheltie. I appreciated the convenience and the fact that I didn't have to be there, but the level of grooming and the cost was insane!! I will preface my comments with the fact that I am very anal about how my dog is groomed. I expect a lot just as I would if I were in a salon for myself. The haircut was average, but the blow dry was fairly mediocre. My pup wasn't dried all the way through and didn't have the soft, silky coat that I'm used to seeing from my regular groomer. Additionally I was charged extra for my pup to have a total body haircut, which I think is ridiculous since she's a fairly long haired dog and will always need more than just a face and feet cut, which is how they would price their standard cut. I will be going back to my regular groomer, which is much more inconvenient, but for a better quality service and one that costs 50% less I just can't justify the price. read more

Here we are almost a year and a half later and I still cannot recommend them enough for walking and grooming!
